Clinical Research On Zhe Effects Of Acute Ischemic Apoplexy By Sanchong Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction

Objective:Based on the clinical efficacy of sanchong banxiabaizhutianma decoction on acute ischemic stroke patients with phlegm and blood stasis type by obseving the changes of NHISS score,TCM symptom score, Partial coagulation index, Modified Barthel index (MBI).this research aims at evaluating its efficacy and safety and basis for clinical diagnosis and therapeutic intervention.Methods:This research adopts the randomized controlled research method, Total included 73 patients who meet the inclusion criteria,40 patients was regarded as observation group,40 patients as control group.Two groups were established by the Chinese Medical Association’s " Diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China Guide 2010" to guide the development of standardization Standardization of clinical pathways in the treatment routine therapy for acute cerebral infarction and observation group based on plus Chinese medicine "sanchong banxiabaizhutianma decoction".two weeks work as a course of treatment for these two groups. Observed the changes of NHISS score,TCM symptom score, Partial coagulation index, Modified Barthel index,As well as to observe security indicators such as liver and kidney function. And statistically analyzed to evaluate the " sanchong banxiabaizhutianma decoction " of Safety and efficacy in treatment of acute cerebral apoplexy patients.Results:(1) 80 patients were included in this experiment, has 77 patients completed the experimental observation, observation group to fall off in 2 cases, loss in the control group 1, total failure rate is 3.75%. (2) After two weeks of treatment The Score of NHISS score,TCM symptom score, Partial coagulation index, Modified Barthel index of observation group which there is significant difference (P<0.05).Compared with the control group before and after treatment outcome measures have improved to some extent (P<0.05). After treatment,the NHISS score,TCM symptom score, Partial coagulation index, Modified Barthel index Score in observation group was Significantly improvement compared with the control group (P<0.05). (3) the Curative analysis of results showed that the observation group effective rate wes 85%, Better than the control group’s efficient 65%(P<0.05). (4) security analysis: patients not covered by discomfort during the treatment, liver and kidney function compared with control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Research shows that the sanchong banxiabaizhutianma decoction can significantly improved clinical symptoms and signs, Also improve blood coagulation indexes in patients with Fib, and improve the patient’s quality of life,It has a good efficacy and safety,It is Worthy of further clinical application.
