Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria With Wind-heat Syndrome By Xiaofeng Powder Combined With Acupoint Embedding Thread

Objective: To explore the changes of serum IgE,IL-4,IL-31,Chinese medicine symptoms,signs and signs,and quality of life index scores in patients with chronic urticaria with windheat syndrome by using Xiaowen powder plus subtraction based on acupoint catgut embedding,to analyze the dates and curative effect,apprise the safety of this treatment method,and to highlight the therapeutic advantages of Chinese medicine external catgut embedding.Methods: A total of 72 cases were included by random number table method,which were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 35)and control group(n = 35).The treatment group was orally added or subtracted Xiaofeng powder + external treatment at acupoint embedding,and the control group was orally added or subtracted Xiaofeng powder;Four weeks was a course of treatment,with a total of two courses of treatment.Observation indexes were recorded before and after each course of treatment,and patients were followed up one month after the end of treatment for statistical analysis of the data.Results: 1.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 79.4%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 64.7%(P=0.801 > 0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.35%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 71.87%(P= 0.588> 0.05).It shows that the two groups of patients after 4 weeks,8 weeks of treatment,the two treatment methods have the same effect.2.After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs,TCM symptom score,quality of life index score,serum contents of total IgE,IL-4 and IL-31 in both groups were improved.The degree of improvement of TCM symptom and sign score,symptom and sign score,serum contents of total IgE,IL-4 and IL-31 in the combination of Xiaofeng powder and acupoint emburying was better than that of oral Xiaofeng powder alone;And effectively control the disease recurrence.Conclusion: The efficacy of Xiaofeng powder combined with acupoint catembedding is similar to that of oral Xiaofeng powder alone.It has advantages in improving TCM symptom score,symptom and sign score,serum total IgE,IL-4 and IL-31 content,and controlling recurrence rate.Moreover,Xiaofeng powder combined with acupoint catembedding has less clinical safety and adverse reactions,so it is suitable for promotion and application.
