Clinical Research On Treating Childhood Chronic Urticaria(pattern Of Blood-heat With Generation Of Wind)with Cooling Blood And Dispelling Wind Tang

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of cooling blood and dispelling wind Tang in the treatment of childhood chronic urticaria(pattern of blood-heat with generation of wind)Method:A randomized controlled trial was used in this clinical research.From January to December 2019,researchers selected some cases who were received treatment in the first affilicated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and were diagnosed as chronic urticaria(pattern of blood-heat with generation of wind).All cases were divided into 2 groups randomly,the experimental group and the control group.Children in experimental group were treated with cooling blood and dispelling wind Tang while the other children were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride syrup.The course of treatment were 4 weeks.Researchers observed and recorded the changes of the main and secondary symptoms before and after treatment,as well as adverse reactions during treatment.After the treatment,the efficacy of the treatment was evaluated.The children who reached the clinical recovery standard were followed up for 3 months,and the recurrence was recordedResult:1?In this research,63 cases were finished.By comparison,there were no signigicant differences between two groups before the start of treatment in many ways such as gender,age,course of disease,symptom and so on(P>0.05)2?After treatment,the main symptoms of the two groups were improved,and differences were significant compared to which before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,compared with the control group,the improvement of each main symptom in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05)3?After treatment,the secondary symptoms of the experimental group were all improved,with significant difference(P<0.05),while the secondary symptoms of the control group were not significantly improved after treatment,with no significant difference(P>0.05)4?After treatment,the difference of the effective rate between two groups was significant,experimental group 96.8%vs control group 75.0%(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 16.75,which was lower than that of the control group(71.4%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:1?Cooling blood and dispelling wind Tang was effective in the treatment of childhood chronic urticaria(pattern of blood-heat with generation of wind)2?The therapeutic effect of cooling blood and dispelling wind Tang on chronic urticaria(pattern of blood-heat with generation of wind)in children was better than that of cetirizine hydrochloride syrup in some ways,such as wheals,pruritus and so on3?Cooling blood and dispelling wind Tang could reduce the recurrence rate on treating childhood chronic urticaria(pattern of blood-heat with generation of wind).
