Clinical Observation Of Fuzheng Shengji Decoction In Promoting Wound Healing Of Positive Deficiency And Evil Love After Operation Of Anal Fistula

Objective:In this study,we observed the effect of Fuzheng Shengji Decoction on the wound healing of low simple anal fistula with deficiency of vital energy and evil affection,confirmed the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Shengji decoction,and provided theoretical basis for further promotion of Fuzheng Shengji Decoction to promote the wound healing of anal fistula.Method:86 cases of low simple anal fistula in anorectal Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 43)and control group(n = 43).The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was given Fuzheng Shengji Decoction on the basis of the control group on the first day after operation.The wound pain,secretion,granulation tissue growth,wound area,wound healing rate,wound healing time and curative effect were observed and recorded.Ask the patient to change the dressing every day after discharge,and record and deal with the adverse reactions in time.Result:In this study,86 cases were enrolled and 5 cases fell off.Finally,40 cases in the experimental group and 41 cases in the control group were collected.There was no significant difference in age,gender,course of disease and original wound area between the two groups(p> 0.05).The results were as follows: 1.There was no significant difference in wound pain,secretion and wound area healing rate on the first day after operation(p> 0.05).2.There were significant differences in the scores of wound pain and secretion on the 7th and 14 th day after operation(p < 0.05);There was no significant difference in wound pain and secretion 28 days after operation(p> 0.05).3.The difference of granulation tissue growth score on the 7th,14 th and 28 th day after operation was statistically significant(p< 0.05).4.There was significant difference in the wound area healing rate on the 7th,14 th and 28 th day after operation(p< 0.05).5.The difference of wound healing time between the two groups was statistically significant(p< 0.05).There was no significant difference in 28 days after operation between the two groups(p> 0.05).All patients had no adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:Oral Fuzheng Shengji decoction can relieve postoperative wound pain,reduce wound secretion,promote granulation tissue growth,improve wound area healing rate,shorten healing time,and has good safety,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
