The Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Dangbai Shengji Plaster Gauze For Promoting Post-operational Healing Inpatients With Anal Fistula

Objectives When the Dangbai shengji plaster gauze for observation of clinical manifestations of anal fistula after operation,by comparing the score between the postoperative healing time,secretion,growth of granulation,wound depth,wound healing rate,efficacy,and pain,anal function,confirmed when the Dangbai shengji plaster gauze on the clinical efficacy of wound healing after operation of anal fistula.Methods 150 cases were selected from Tangshan City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine anorectal ward in this experiment,the acquisition time for the June 2015 till 2016 year in June,patients were diagnosed with low simple anal fistula,Low incision Opration,preoperative preparation and postoperative conventional therapy remains the same,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 75 cases and 75 patients in the control group,and the two groups of patients in the test had the right to know,and signed informed consent.Two groups of patients were asked to maintain defecate unobstructed,pay attention for the wound clean after defecation,and daily wound dressing.Treatment group and control group after first days respectively when the Dangbai shengji plaster gauze and rivanol gauze,tampon with saline cleansing after the white gauze when the muscle or rivanol gauze dressing in after operation of anal fistula wound,with cotton wool,once a day to wound healing.And to record the two groups of patients after treatment of fifth,10,15,20,25 days,the secretion of growth of granulation tissue and wound depth and pain score,and record the adverse reaction of two groups during the overall curative effect and treatment of patients,anal pressure was measured 45 days after surgery,and to compare with statistical analysis.Results Two groups of patients,there was no significant difference in general data of patients(P>0.05),with gender,course of disease,age,the average course of disease,anal function,the day after the wound area,P > 0.05.The two groups after the treatment of fifth,10,15,20,25 days,the secretion of growth of granulation tissue and wound depth and pain score than the day after the surgery,P < 0.05.And the treatment group than the control group,P < 0.05.Two groups of postoperative wound healing rate and anal function evaluation,recto anal reflex(RAR),recto anal contraction reflex(RACR)and recto anal inhibitory reflex(RAIR)compared with the preoperative group and between group comparison,P > 0.05.Two groups of postoperative wound healing time and postoperative medication for 25 days,the total curative effect and the comparison between groups,P < 0.05.During treatment,3 patients in the treatment group were treated with anal itching,the control group of patients with anal itching,no special treatment,the symptoms improved,did not affect the study,the two groups were no other adverse reactions in the 7 groups.Conclusions 1 Anal fistula postoperative dressing is used when the Dangbai shengji plaster gauze,can significantly reduce postoperative wound secretion,promote the growth of granulation,promote wound healing,wound pain,and can promote wound healing,shorten wound healing time.2 When the Dangbai shengji plaster gauze had no adverse effect on anal function after anal fistula operation,less adverse reaction,safe and effective,suitable for clinical application.
