Objective: This study aimed at the deficiency of qi deficiency and blood stasis type characteristics of evil love after anal fistula operation, by my tutor’s clinical experience prescription born muscle scattered in oral, the evaluation of this method for improving the anal fistula postoperative complications and the treatment of burn wounds.Methods:In this study,60cases positive imaginary evil Love low simple anal fistula postoperative patients for inpatient hospital of Fujian traditional Chinese Medicine University in2013February to2013December anorectal patients. There were39males,21females, age18to60years of age, all subjects were randomly divided into the treatment group of30cases and control group with30cases. Two groups of patients under local infiltration anesthesia anal fistula incision, postoperative routine treatment. The treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the second postoperative day oral Neto Shengjisan CD treatment, the control group had no oral administration. Two groups of various auxiliary treatment are the same. After second days, fourth days, sixth days, eighth days of wound secretion and score in patients with pain; rate of second days, sixteenth days, twenty-fifth days of wound area and wound healing after operation were compared between two groups; record two groups of patients with postoperative wound healing days. Objective evaluation of various indicators, measurement data to describe the±S, between the two samples taken in two independent samples t test, chi square test with count data, grade data using Ridit analysis. The data using statistical software SPSS18.0to process the results analysis.Results:Before treatment in the two groups of gender, age, course of disease, wound secretions, pain, wound healing time were balanced comparison, there were no significant differences between groups, the baseline. Research results are as follows:(1) The wound secretions, pain: a comparison of second days of wound secretion after operation in the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Comparison of fourth days, sixth days, eighth days of wound secretion after operation in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group reduced wound secretions in the early is better than the control group. Comparison of second days of pain scores after operation in the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Comparison of fourth days, sixth days, eighth days of pain scores after operation in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group in reducing postoperative pain than the control group.(2) The wound area and wound healing rate:sixteenth days after operation, the control group were (8.37±0.11) area of cm2, the treatment group (7.07±0.20wound area) cm2; twenty-fifth days after operation in control group (3.47±0.31wound area) cm2, treatment group (2.40±0.25) cm2. Comparison of two groups of the wound area, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups of postoperative wound healing rate compared with control group, sixteenth days after operation, wound healing rate was72.40%, the treatment group is84.53%on average, compared two groups of wound healing rate, rank sum test, P=0.000(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Twenty-fifth days after operation, wound healing rate of control group was96.70%in average, the treatment group is100%on average, compared two groups of wound healing rate, rank sum test, P=0.000(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Treatment group in promoting wound healing, reducing the wound area was better than the control group.(3) The total time of efficacy and wound healing:two groups after treatment of symptoms, signs were disappeared, two groups of clinical total effective rate was100%. Control group, wound healing time was (16-29) days, the average wound healing time was (23±0.53) days; the treatment group wound healing time for (17-25) days, the average wound healing time was (21.33±0.44) days. The average healing time of two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment group is more effective than the control group reduce anal fistula postoperative complications, promote wound healing after anal fistula operation, that Neto Shengjisan cut oral can effectively reduce postoperative wound secretion, reduce postoperative pain, promote wound healing, and no obvious side effects, security is good, worthy of clinical application.
