Clinical Study On Qingfu Tongyou Decoction In Treating Infantile Constipation(Dry-heat Internal Knot Type)

Objective: This project proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the project through the observation of the curative effect of Qingfu Tongyou Decoction and the comparison of Maren Runchang Pills,and provides new ideas and practical basis for the clinical treatment of constipation in children.Methods:In this project,a total of 60 children with pediatric constipation(dry-heat internal knot type)were selected and randomly divided into groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Qingfu Tongyou Decoction,and the control group was given Oral Maren Runchang Pills,14 days for 1 For the course of treatment,after both groups took1 course of treatment,statistical analysis was carried out based on the comparison of the points before and after the clinical observation target.Results: Among the 60 children who met the standard cases,30 in the treatment group were treated with Qingfu Tongyou Decoction.After 1 course of treatment,2 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 90.00%;30 cases in the control group took Maren Runchang Pills,1case was cured after 1 course of treatment,7 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 83.33%.The rank sum test P<0.05(P =0.032),so the treatment group and the control group have a significant difference in the overall efficacy after treatment,indicating that oral Qingfu Tongyou Decoction is better than Maren Runchang Pill in the treatment effect.Conclusion:Oral Qingfu Tongyou Decoction has obvious curative effect in treating constipation in children(dry-heat internal knot type),and its curative effect is obviously better than Maren Runchang Pill in improving stool texture,defecation interval,abdominal distension,appetite and dry mouth and bad breathof children.It has the same effect as oral Maren Runchang Pill in improving children’s defecation difficulty,defecation duration,abdominal pain,irritability,mouth and tongue sores,flushing and hot body,urinate.
