| Purpose: Through the epidemiological investigation of 200 patients with constipation to research the disease incidence, and to explore the Xiaojitongmi Decoction in the treatment of children with constipation(Dyspepsia internal heating type) clinical curative effect.Method: Selected the line with constipation clinical diagnostic criteria for constipation in children 200 cases, 200 cases of children taken by way of questionnaires, one by one and fill out a questionnaire survey related factors in children with constipation. Selected dyspepsia heat type constipation 90 cases from 200 cases of children with constipation in children were randomly divided into three groups. The treatment group: 30 cases, to give the Xiaojitongmi Decoction, add and subtract treatment; Control group 1:30 cases, give the Zhishidaozhi Decoction treatment; The control group 2: 30 cases, give the Beifeida treatment. 7 days are 1 treatment course, observed 2 treatment, after the end of treatment efficacy evaluation. And followed up for 3 months.Result: Treatment group: 17 cases were cured, 8 cases of pay off, effective in 3 cases, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.3%. With the control group 1(the total effective rate was 80%) and control group 2(the total effective rate was 70%), significantly better than that of control group, statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The epidemiological investigation results showed that the incidence of constipation in pediatric outpatient pediatrics is higher; Girls than boys; Onset age concentrated in the 5 years before; Risk factors are mainly composed of bad diet and bowel habit. Xiaojitongmi Decoction can obviously improve the symptom of the pediatric constipation, shorten period of treatment, prevent illness repeatedly, is worth popularization in clinical. |
