| Research purposes:In this article,by observing the comparison of the clinical efficacy of the four methods of laxative combined with acupuncture at Tianshu points and the treatment of Bacillus subtilis double-linked live bacteria granules on children with functional constipation(intestinal heat type),explore the four methods of laxative combined with acupuncture The feasibility and superiority of acupoints in the treatment of this disease provide a more convenient,effective,standardized,safe and highly compliant optimal plan for the clinical treatment of children with functional constipation(intestinal heat type).research method:A collection of 60 pediatric patients with functional constipation(excessive intestinal heat type)who attended the Pediatric Tuina Clinic of the Tuina Department of Anhui Acupuncture Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020.The parents agreed and signed the "Informed Consent".Sixty children were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and the observation indexes before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).In the treatment group,30 cases were treated with the four methods of pediatric laxative combined with acupuncture at Tianshu acupoint,and 30 cases in the control group were treated with Bacillus subtilis dual live bacteria granules.Once a day,a total of 10 days of treatment.The disease score scale(primary symptom),the disease score scale(secondary symptom)scores,and the classification of stool traits of the two groups of patients were recorded before and after treatment,and SPSS 21.0 was used to statistically analyze the obtained data to compare its curative effects.There is no difference,and the total effective rate is calculated.At the same time,the long-term curative effect of the two treatment methods,namely the recurrence rate,is evaluated.Research result:1.Before treatment,the general information of the two groups of patients,such as gender,age,stage of disease,stool characteristics,and symptom scores were statistically analyzed.The statistical analysis showed no significance and comparability.2.The main symptoms,secondary symptoms and symptoms of the two groups were improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Among them,the body was hot and the face was red.The symptoms of dry mouth,bad breath,red tongue and yellow greasy fur were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.01).The clinical efficacy and long-term efficacy of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In the two groups of children,15 cases were cured in the treatment group,10 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were improved,and only 1 case was ineffective.In the control group,8 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were improved,and 3 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 96.55%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 90.00%.The rank sum test of the two groups of data obtained Z=-2.096,P=0.036<0.05,which was statistically different.Analysis conclusion:1.The four methods of laxative combined with acupuncture at Tianshu point have significant clinical effects on children with functional constipation(excessive intestinal heat type).2.The four methods of laxative combined with acupuncture at Tianshu acupoint have more obvious clinical effects than Bacillus subtilis two-linked live bacteria granules,and it is particularly effective in improving the symptoms of hot body,red face,dry mouth,bad breath,red tongue and yellow greasy fur in the secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.3.The four methods of laxative combined with acupuncture at Tianshu point have a lower recurrence rate for children with functional constipation(excessive intestinal heat type),and the long-term effect is better. |
