Observing The Clinical Efficacy Of Jiawei Zengye Decoction In Treating Children Functional Constipation(Intestinal Dryness And Fluid Deficiency Syndrome)

Objectives By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms of children constipation(intestinal dryness and fluid deficiency syndrome)with Jiawei Zengye Decoction,the advantages of Guijingui Director Jiawei Zengye Decoction in treating children constipation were objectively evaluated.Compared with the control group,the difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups was observed.To affirm the application value of Jiawei Zengye Decoction and to provide safer,more effective and standardized TCM treatment for children constipation.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,60 children with constipation who visited the department of pediatrics of the first affiliated hospital of Anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.the control group was treated with bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets(siliankang)combined with vitamin b complex orally.the treatment group was given jiaweizengye decoction orally on the basis of the control group,and the syndromes were quantified before and after treatment,and statistical analysis was carried out.Results Clinical research results show that Jiawei Zengye Decoction has a significant effect in treating functional constipation in children due to fluid deficiency and intestinal dryness.The details are as follows:(1)Clinical curative effect: 30 cases in the treatment group,13 cases of epidemic recovery,9 cases of marked effect,7 cases of effective and 1 case of ineffective,with a total effective rate of 96.66%.There were 30 cases in the control group,5 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective and 15 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 50%.According to statistical analysis P <0.05,the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(2)symptom improvement: both groups are effective in improving stool characteristics,defecation time,defecation frequency,defecation difficulty degree,post-defecation discomfort,abdominal distension or abdominal pain,and anorexia.statistical analysis shows that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving stool characteristics,defecation time,defecation frequency,post-defecation discomfort,anorexia,and insomnia.In addition,statistical analysis has not yet shown that the control group plays a role in improving insomnia,so the treatment group is better than the control group in improving symptoms as a whole.(3)Jiawei Zengye Decoction has definite curative effect in treating functional constipation in children(Tianjin deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome),and there is no adverse reaction during diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of further research and application.Conclusion Syndrome of intestinal dryness due to fluid deficiency is a common syndrome type of constipation in children.The method of increasing fluid and promoting fluid production and loosening bowel to relieve constipation is helpful to restore the conduction function of large intestine in children,thus achieving good clinical effect.Through this study,it is proved that Jiawei Zengye Decoction has definite clinical effect in treating anorexia in children with Tianjin deficiency and intestinal dryness,and there is no adverse reaction during the administration.It provides more ideas and methods for the treatment of constipation in children.
