Home Medication For Elderly Patients With Chronic Diseases In Jilin Community Study On Compliance And Medication Safety

Objective: Through questionnaire survey,the present situation of family medication compliance and medication safety of elderly chronic disease patients in Jilin City community was investigated,and the related influencing factors were discussed.Pass on medication guidance,establish firm belief,standardize the medication safety of elderly patients with chronic diseases at home,improve the quality of life of this group,effectively promote healthy aging,and realize the dream of healthy China.At the same time,it is planned to put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rational home drug use of elderly patients with chronic diseases and comorbid diseases,put forward scientific and effective intervention measures to improve the home safety and rational drug use of elderly patients with chronic diseases and comorbid diseases in Jilin City.Methods: The stratified sampling method was adopted to select 2 community health service centers from each of the four municipal districts of Jilin City,and then the respondents meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from their service radius.Using general information and disease status questionnaire,medication compliance scale of chronic disease patients and home medication safety questionnaire of elderly patients with chronic disease as the survey tools,360 cases of community elderly patients with chronic disease in Jilin City were selected for questionnaire investigation.Finally,Excel was used to establish a database,and Stata15.0 software was used for descriptive statistical analysis,one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:1.Present situation of chronic diseases in jilin city community.In this survey,360 cases of elderly patients with chronic diseases in Jilin community were investigated.The results showed that 64.2%(231 cases)had two kinds of chronic diseases,26.7%(96 cases)had three kinds of chronic diseases,and 9.2%(33 cases)had four kinds of chronic diseases.Among them,cardiovascular disease,diabetes,chronic bronchitis and renal insufficiency are the main chronic diseases in elderly patients with chronic diseases.2.Present situation and influencing factors of home medication compliance of elderly patients with chronic diseases and comorbidities in Jilin CityThe majority(75.83%)of the elderly patients with chronic diseases had passed home medication compliance,24.17% had good compliance,and those without compliance failed.Home medication compliance of community elderly patients with chronic diseases in Jilin City is at the passing level,which still needs to be further improved.Among them,gender,educational level,occupation before retirement,per capita monthly income of the family,living style,disease type,daily times of taking medicine,daily type of taking medicine,whether taking Chinese herbal medicine or health care products,whether adverse reactions occurred,and whether the community family doctor could guide the use of medicine.Is a significant influencing factor for home medication compliance of elderly patients with chronic diseases and comorbidities in Jilin City.3.The present situation of home medication safety of elderly patients with chronic diseases in Jilin City community.The scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior of medication safety were(6.19 ± 2.05),(41.39 ± 6.09)and(5.42 ± 2.33)respectively.Marital status,educational level,living style and whether to take Chinese herbal medicine or health care products have an impact on medication safety dimensions,which are the important influencing factors of home medication safety of patients.Conclusion:1.Home medication compliance of elderly patients with chronic diseases in Jilin City community was good,but it still needs to be further improved.2.Jilin city community elderly chronic total patients medication safety ",the letter,the line " that occupy the home.3.Education level,living style and whether taking Chinese herbal medicine or health care products are the common significant influencing factors for home medication compliance and medication safety of patients with comorbidities.
