Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Wind Pull Deviation In The Collation Of Wind Evil By Fast Acupuncture Fengchi Point

Objective: In this study,paralytic squint with pattern of wind striking collateral was treated via swift needling at Fengchi,to objectively evaluate its curative effect and provide a new theoretical breakthrough for follow-up treatment.Method: Seventy-two subjects meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into control group(36 cases)and treatment group(36 cases)(including 20% lost and eliminated)according to the random control test method.Basic treatment was adopted for both groups.Mild reinforcing and attenuating mode at Fengchi was applied to the control group,while swift needling at Fengchi was used for the treatment group.Fifteen days formed one treatment course for both groups,and two treatment courses were observed.The relevant data before and after the treatment were recorded and analyzed,including the improved conditions of diplopia,deviation of eye position,dizziness,nausea and compensatory head posture.SPSS24.0 analysis software was applied to the statistical analysis.Result:(1)The general materials presented no significant difference(P>0.05),including gender,age and disease course.(2)After treatment,10 cases of the treatment group were cured,14 cases presented an excellent effect,6 cases showed an effect,and 3 cases underwent no effect;the total effective rate was 91.0%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,7 cases presented an excellent effect,13 cases showed an effect,and 9 cases underwent no effect;the total effective rate was 71.9%.According to the statistical analysis,the control group and treatment group presented a significant difference in the overall curative effect(P<0.05).(3)According to the comparison on all symptom scores within groups before and after the treatment,the situations were improved after the treatment(P<0.05);according to the comparison between groups,the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: This study indicates that swift needling at Fengchi has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of paralytic squint with pattern of wind striking collateral,and can obviously improve symptoms like squint,dizziness,nausea and compensatory head posture.Moreover,adverse reaction and safety problems do not exist in the treatment process,and it is easy to operate.Hence,it is worthy of further promotion and application.
