Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Siwu Decoction and the combination of acupuncture plus acupuncture in the treatment of wind-induced sacral strabismus,and to find a safe,effective and stable treatment plan.Methods: Sixty-four patients with clinically accommodating palpebral strabismus were enrolled according to the inclusion criteria,and then randomly divided into treatment groups by random number table method(Siwu Decoction plus positive degeneration plus acupuncture)And the control group(the subcutaneous injection of compound anisodine injection in the temple,1(2ml)each time,once a day,vitamin B1,10 mg each time,3 times a day,orally,vitamin B6 10 mg each time,3 times a day Times,oral,mecobalamin tablets 0.5mg,3 times a day,orally),compare the sex,age,course of disease,etiology and TCM symptom scores of each group before treatment,if these factors before treatment If the effect is not significant,then the scores of the observation indicators of the two groups can be compared after treatment,15 days for a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses for a total of 60 days.Results: The number of valid cases in this clinical study was 64.Among them,30 cases were effective in the treatment group(2 cases were shedding),and 30 cases were effective in the control group(1 case was excluded and 1 case was shedding).After statistical analysis,the results were as follows:1.There was no significant difference in the general situation of gender,age,course of disease and etiology between the two groups,which could be compared;2.The scores of TCM symptom of each observation index before treatment were statistically analyzed,and the difference was not statistically significant.3.The total effective rate of the treatment group in improving TCM symptoms reached 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group in improving TCM symptoms was 76.67%.Both groups were effective in improving symptoms after treatment,but the treatment group was excellent in statistical analysis.In the control group.Conclusion: 1.Siwu Decoction combined with Zhengzheng Decoction combined with acupuncture and Western medicine before and after treatment(double vision,strabismus,compensatory head position,dizziness,nausea)can be effectively improved;2.Comparison of the observation indexes of Siwu Decoction and Zhengzheng Decoction combined with acupuncture and western medicine treatment,Siwu Decoction and Zhengzheng Decoction combined with acupuncture is better than western medicine.
