Clinical Effcet Observation On The Treatment Of Paralytic Strabismus By Acupuncture Combined With Liujun Qianzheng Powder

[Objective]To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Acupuncture combined with Liujun Qianzheng powder in the treatment of paralytic strabismus.[Methods]A total of 80 patients with paralytic strabismus in Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University from January 2021 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups using the ratio of random number table,with 42 cases in the treatment group and 42 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with Liujun Qianzheng powder,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.The patient’s strabismus degree,the distance of diplopia image,the degree of eye movement limitation and the score of TCM syndromes were compared before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy.[Results]There was no statistically significant difference in baseline data between the two groups（P>0.05）.Strabismus degree,the distance of diplopia image,the degree of eye movement limitation and the score of TCM syndromes in 2 groups were significantly decreased after treatment compared with before treatment（P<0.05）.Strabismus degree,the distance of diplopia image,the degree of eye movement limitation showed statistical difference between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05）.The degree of diplopia the position of eye,dizziness,nausea,emesis and other symptoms showed statistical difference between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05）,Compensatory head posture showed no statistical difference（P>0.05）.The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 94.87%,and that of the control group was 87.18%.There was tatistically different between them（P<0.05）.No adverse event occurred during the study.[Conclusion]Acupuncture combined with Liujun Qianzheng powder in the treatment of paralytic strabismus has more advantages than Liujun Qianzheng powder in reducing the strabismus degree,shortening the distance of diplopia image,improving the degree of eye movement limitation and reducing the score of TCM syndromes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.There were no adverse events during the study period.Therapeutic regimen that Acupuncture combined with Liujunzi Decoction and Qianzheng powder was safe and reliable.
