Clinic Observe On 60 Cases Of Paralytic Strabismus By Treatment Of Chinese Medicine And Acupuncture

Purpose1 .To discuss curative methods, mechanism and effect of paralytic strabismus of Chinese medicine and acupuncture.2.To provide reference to clinical therapy. To discuss clinical features of paralytic strabismus.3.Put forward some own attitude at clinical cure.Methodl.To choose hospitalization or outpatient cases of paralytic strabismus in department of ophthalmology of college of traditional Chinese medicine of Tianjin from 2002.1 to 2003.12 according to diagnostic standard .selective standard and suppressive eliminated standard.2.To register all kinds of things while being in hospital any in course of treatment adoption clinical questionary.3.To statistics and analyse the data.Result:1 .The cure rate of paralytic strabismus is better than simplex Chinese traditional medicine treat group(P<0.05).Treat by Chinese traditional medicine and acupuncture can dredge meridian,improve blood circulation,rise excitabilitv of nerves,ameliorate neuromuscular nutrient, preclude eye muscular spasm. Motor function of eye Muscles can get well. State of an illness will ameliorate or cure.2.When the course of diseases is short and the age is young,its effect is more markedness.But in old age ,long course , the result is bad. We all can see in big angle prophase effect is patency. At anaphase, especially in 5 angle of cockeye, recovery is tardiness. In small angle of cockeye , its recovery is very soon ,the treat result is stabilization.3.From bianzheng to clinical effect, course of fengshangjingluo type is short thanothers, its pathological changes is light,also its effect is best, trauma stasis type and ganfengneidong type are worse.conclusion:Curative effect by Chinese medicine and acupuncture is very well,it can shorten course of diseases, ameliorate symptom, improve healing rate.
