| Objective: Objective: To observe the concordance of cervical biopsy under colposcope and cervical LEEP postoperative examination results, and to analyze the factors affecting the upgrading. Methods: A total of 349 patients who received colposcopy cervical biopsy and LEEP before and after surgeryin the Department of Gynecology of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from January2015 to December 2019,were selected to analyze the consistency of the two diagnoses. Results: Menopausal status(postmenopausal),TCT(LISL and HSIL),HPV typing and transformation zone type(Ⅱ,Ⅲ)were significantly correlated with cervical pathological upgrading after LEEP(P<0.05);Duration of menopause >;The proportion of pathological escalation after 5 years of cervical LEEP was higher than that after menopause ≤5 years(P=0.001).When the type of transformation zone was type Ⅲ,the proportion of cervical pathological upgrade after LEEP in postmenopausal patients was significantly higher than that in premenopausal patients(P=0.002).Types of transformation zones,TCT and HPV types were associated with menopausal time >The proportion of cervical LEEP postoperative pathological upgrade in 5-year patients was significantly higher than that in the menopausal time ≤5 years, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Patients with cervical lesions may have pathological upgrading after LEEP surgery, and the upgrading is related to menopause, transformation zone type,TCT,etc.,these factors should be fully considered in clinical work, and more targeted treatment plan should be developed for patients with cervical lesions. |
