Objective:To evaluate the application of the electronic colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical diseases. Methods:Use the colposcopy for150patients who had treatments in GanSu provincial hospital from July2010to October2010, give the suspicious lesions a cervical biopsy and pathological examination, then analyze and summarize the results. Results:In the110cervical diseases, colposcopy shows:83chronic cerviticis,21cervical dyplasia,6cervical cancer; Pathological examination shows:77chronic cervicitis,25cervical dyplasia,8cervical cancer. They diagnosis compliance rate can reach92.77%in the maximum. Conclusion:Electronic colposcopy in cervical cancer screening, especially in the discovery of precancerous lesions and early cervical cancer, play the very important role. Moreover, the electronic colposcopy guided biopsy was significantly better than the naked eye cervical biopsy. In particular, the joint histopathological examination and the electronic colposcopy greatly improve early detection rates and accuracy of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. In addition, Reid scoring colposcopy images the quantitative score to score grading from four aspects of the border, color, blood vessels, and iodine reaction.Using the Reid scoring in the electronic colposcopy overcomes the subjectivity in the previous colposcopy diagnosis. It provides an objective basis for the diagnosis and empirical. And it strengthens the inspection objectives and scientific furtherly. |
