| Objective:To observe the scores of TCM syndromes before and after the treatment of reflux esophagitis(zhong deficiency and qi inverse type),reflux disease questionnaire scores, and gastroscope Mucosal improvement, etc.,to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Waitai Fuling Decoction and Wubei San in the treatment of reflux esophagitis of middle-deficiency and reverse type. Methods:From November 2019 to December 2020,80 patients with reflux esophagitis(deficiency and qi inverse syndrome)in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine will meet the acceptance and discharge criteria of this study.80 cases will be treated before treatment The patients were coded and then randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group using SPSS25.0 statistical software. In the end,7 cases fell off before the end of the treatment course, and a total of 73 patients were enrolled in the group. The control group was given pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules, and the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine granules(Waitai Fuling Yin and Wubei San). Both groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks. The medical statistical software was used to statistically analyze the relevant data recorded by the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment, the improvement of the mucosa under gastroscopy, and the scores of reflux disease questionnaires;4weeks after the drug was stopped If the total RDQ score is reduced by≤50% compared with before treatment, relapse is considered.According to the results, the clinical efficacy and drug safety of Waitai Fuling Decoction and Wubei Powder in the treatment of the disease were analyzed.Results:(1)In terms of curative effect: the improvement rate of the mucosa under gastroscopy in the two groups of patients after treatment was 82.8%(treatment group)and 89.5%,respectively(Control group),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the effective rates of TCM syndromes in the two groups were 94.3%(treatment group)and76.3%(control group),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The effective rates of RDQ symptoms in the two groups were 91.4% and 81.6%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rates of the two groups were 8.6% and 31.6%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)In terms of total scores: the total scores of TCM syndromes and RDQ scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment, and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.01).(3)In terms of individual symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine: after treatment, the scores of individual symptoms of Chinese medicine in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);among them, there was no significant difference in the scores of improving stool between the two groups after treatment(P >0.05);After treatment, the gastric fullness, fatigue, and anorexia scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment, the treatment group had heartburn, pantothenic acid, belching or reflux, and dull pain The score was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The two groups of patients did not find any obvious abnormalities during the treatment, and there were no obvious adverse reactions during the medication. Conclusion:Compared with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with the syndrome of deficiency of qi,Waitai Fuling Decoction and Wubei Powder can improve heartburn, pantothenic acid, belching, dull pain, fullness of the stomach, fatigue,In terms of clinical symptoms such as anorexia, the curative effect is definite, the recurrence rate is low,and it is safe and effective. In terms of improving stool and mucosal healing rate under gastroscopy, the two groups have the same curative effect without significant difference. |
