Clinical Observation Of Waitai Fuling Decoction Combined With Rabeprazole In The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis(Spleen Deficiency And Qi Inversion Syndrome)

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the effect and safety of Waitai Fuling Decoction combined with Rabeprazole in the treatment of RE(spleen deficiency and qi inversion syndrome)in the aspects of clinical symptom,gastroscopy findings,recent recurrence rate and safety.Methods: The outpatients of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM with RE(spleen deficiency and qi inversion syndrome)were collected.The patients were first numbered according to the order of treatment,and then grouped according to the random number table,including 35 in the test group and 35 in the control group.Three cases were removed during treatment,and a total of 67 cases were included in the efficacy evaluation,including 33 cases in the test group and 34 cases in the control group.The test group was treated with Waitai Fuling Decoction combined with Rabeprazole,and the control group was treated with Rabeprazole.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.After drug withdrawal,symptom efficacy,endoscopic efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The patients were followed up for 2 months to evaluate the recent recurrence rate.Results:Total score:the total score of TCM syndromes and the total RDQ score in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Total effective rate: The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 96.96% in the test group and 88.23% in the control group(P>0.05).The good improvement rate of TCM syndromes was 75.75% in the test group and 44.11% in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of RDQ score was 87.87% in the test group and 82.35% in control group(P>0.05).The good improvement rate of RDQ score was 60.60% in the test group and 26.47% in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of endoscopy was 90.90% in the test group and 85.29% in the control group(P>0.05).The cure rate of endoscopy was 81.81% in the test group and 76.47% in the control group(P>0.05).(3)Single symptom score of TCM:After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the scores of reflux acid,belching,stomach ache and fullness in the stomach(P>0.05).The symptom scores of the pan saliva,eat less,fatigue,thin sloppy stool of the test group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(4)Main symptoms recovery time:There was no significant difference in the reflux acid recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).And there was a significant difference in the pan saliva,belching,stomach ache symptoms recovery time between the two groups(P<0.05).(5)Recent recurrence rate:During the follow-up for 2 months,the recurrence rate of TCM syndrome was 16.00% in the test group and 60.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The combination of Waitai Fuling Decoction combined with Rabeprazole in the treatment of RE(spleen deficiency and qi inversion syndrome)is effective in improving the clinical symptoms.Compared with Rabeprazole alone,it can significantly reduce the rate of recent recurrence with patients in RE(spleen deficiency and qi inversion syndrome).And good security.
