Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Buzhong Jiangni Decoction Combined With Rabeprazole In Treating Middle Deficiency And Reversed Flow Of Qi Reflux Esophagitis

Objective:To explore the effect of Buzhong jiangni decoction combined with rabeprazole on the treatment of Reflux Esophagitis(RE)with middle deficiency and reversed flow of qi,and the recovery of esophageal mucosa,then to summarize the new ideas of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of RE,so as to provide a basis for further research and promotion of the use of buzhong decoction.Methods : From December 2018 to December 2019,88 outpatient patients with middle deficiency and reversed flow of qi type reflux esophagitis who met the research standards were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine.The random number table method was adopted,which was randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the sequence of visits.,each of which had 44 cases.The treatment group lost 2 cases,and the final 42 cases,and the control group lost 5 cases,and the final 39 cases.The treatment group was given buzhong jiangni decoction,(1 dose/day,2 times/day),400 mL water infusion,taking it warm on an empty stomach in the morning and evening,and rabeprazole sodium enteric capsule,10mg/ time,2 times/day,oral administration half an hour before breakfast and dinner.Control group:rabeprazole sodium enteric capsule,10mg/ time,2 times/day,oral administration half an hour before breakfast and dinner.The course of treatment is 8 weeks.During the treatment,eat less fat and greasy,avoid satiety,tobacco and alcohol,prohibit the use of other drugs,pay attention to cold prevention and warmth,sleep need to raise the head of the bed.Main single before and after the treatment of clinical symptoms,syndromes,gastroscope esophageal inflammation under integral,through SPSS22.0 medical statistical software analysis,and evaluation of Buzhong jiangni decoction combined western medicine rabeprazole azole sodium enteric capsule in treatment of type middle deficiency and reversed flow of qi in the reflux esophagitis,recent clinical curative effect,the medicine of the patients were observed before and after the vital signs,and the blood,urine,stool the three routine,electrocardiogram(ECG)and liver and kidney function with and without exception,evaluation of adverse drug reactions.Results:The treatment group's clinical main single symptoms,the total score of TCM syndrome and the curative effect of esophageal inflammation were all superior than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and comparison of syndrome integral had statisticalsense between the two groups before and after treatment;The curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group(total effective rate 92.9%)was better than that in the control group(total effective rate 76.9%),and there was statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong jiangni decoction in the treatment of middle deficiency and reversed flow of qi in the process of RE is safe and effective,small side effects,combined with the combined western medicine rabeprazole azole sodium enteric capsules for the treatment of RE,to improve TCM symptoms and eliminate inflammation of the esophagus improved better than pure western medicine group,thus can provide new evidence for clinical treatment of RE with traditional Chinese medicine,deserves further research and application.
