Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined With Rehabilitation Training Of Limb Function In Patients With Stroke Palsy Period

Objective To objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation on the muscle tension in flaccid paralysis period,motor function and function of ADL of stroke.The therapeutic effect of objective evaluation of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation on pflaccid paralysis period after stroke.Methods According to a simple randomized(randomly),120 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.There were 60 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treatad by rehabilitation,while those in the treatment group treatedby traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation.All patients were treated for fourweeks.All patients were assessed before treatment period and after two weeks and four weeks treatment period.The evaluating items inluded:The clinical classification of muscle tension,Fugl-meyer measurement and the modified Barthel index scale for muscle tension,the motor functionand function of ADL.Results In the treatment of 2 weeks,treatment group Compared with control group of the upper and lower limb muscle tension and,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group close to the normal muscle tension were significantly more than those in control group.In the treatment of 4 weeks,the treatment group compared with the control group of limb muscle tension treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group muscle tension in high tension cases less than the control group.In the treatment of 2 and 4 weeks,the two groups after treatment and before treatment were comparison,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the two groups before and after the treatment,Fugl-Meyer motor score table score and Barthel Index Scale scores were significantly improved.In the treatment of 2 and 4 weeks,respectively for treatment group and the control group between the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer motor score table score and Barthel Index Scale score improvement,the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclution First,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation training can improve the muscle tension more than simple rehabilitation training,to promote the normalization of muscle tension.Second,Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation training and simple rehabilitation training can improve the motor function and activities of daily living,but the former is better than that of the latter.
