| Objective: Through the clinical observation on the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers(Pathogenic Fire Hidden in Spleen and Stomach)with the self-developed empirical prescription Qingwei Yuyang Decoction made by the mentor Professor Lin Min,to explore the therapeutic efficacy and safety of the empirical prescription,At the same time, combining the understanding and thinking of recurrent oral ulcers in Chinese medicine and modern medicine,it provides new ideas for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: From July 1,2019 to July 1,2020,66 patients with recurrent oral ulcers who were in the outpatient clinic of Director Lin Min,Optics Valley Branch of Hubei Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and met the inclusion criteria were selected.Excluding the shedding and eliminating cases, according to the random number table method, they were divided into a treatment group of 30 cases, which were treated with Qingwei Yuyang Decoction;32cases in the control group were treated with Kangfuxin liquid and thymosin enteric-coated capsules,7 days as a course of treatment, treatment 2 Courses.Observe and record the TCM symptoms, ulcer healing time and ulcer pain index of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, and observe the clinical recovery and recurrence of markedly effective patients in the two groups after3 months of treatment. After the observation, the recorded data was statistically analyzed, and the effective rate, recurrence rate and safety of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: 1.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: In terms of the total TCM symptom scores, before and after treatment, the total TCM symptom scores of the two groups were reduced(p<0.01),that is,the treatment of both groups was effective;Comparing the individual scores of each symptom, the scores of the main and secondary symptoms of the treatment group after treatment were reduced compared with those before the treatment(p<0.05),that is,Qingwei Yuyang Decoction is indeed effective in treating recurrent oral ulcers; After treatment, the control group had no significant changes in the scores of halitosis and abdominal distension compared with the scores before treatment, while the scores of other major and secondary symptoms were reduced(p<0.05);Comparing the two groups after treatment, the treatment group had better effects in relieving ulcer area, congestion, pain, dry mouth, bad breath, and abdominal distension than the control group(p<0.05),and the number of ulcers and stool symptoms,The effect of the two groups was not significantly different(p>0.05).2.Comparison of symptoms and efficacy: After the two groups of patients were treated, the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,of which 6 were cured,16 were markedly effective,6 were effective, and 1 was ineffective; In the control group, the effective rate was 78.1%,of which 3 were cured,10 were markedly effective,12 were effective, and 7 were ineffective; After statistical analysis, there is a difference in the efficacy of symptoms between the two groups of patients(p<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of curative effect on local lesionse:after reatment, the average ulcer period of both groups was shortened,p<0.05,both groups are effective in accelerating ulcer healing,at the same time, the treatment group compared with the control group P>0.05,no significant difference; The pain index of the two groups of patients decreased significantly after treatment(p<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group((p<0.05)。The effective rate of local lesions in the treatment group was 93.3%,of which 15 were markedly effective,13 were effective, and 2 were ineffective; The control group was71.9%,of which 13 were markedly effective,10 were effective,and9 were ineffective; The comparison of the curative effect of local disease between the two groups of patients after treatment was p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. The treatment group was better than the control group in improving local disease.4.Long-term efficacy comparison: 3 months after the end of the treatment,follow-up patients who have recovered and are clinically effective,of which 22 people were followed up in the treatment group and 3 patients who relapsed. The recurrence rate was 13.6%;The recurrence rate of the control group was 46.2%,13 people were followed up,and 6 relapsed patients,After the chi-square test, the recurrence of the two groups of patients was compared,p<0.05,The recurrence of the two groups is different, and the long-term curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Qingwei Yuyang Decoction is safe and effective in improving the symptoms of patients with recurrent oral ulcers(spleen and stomach fuming syndrome),and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
