Clinical Observation Of Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction To Treat The Spleen And Stomach Defficiency-cold Type Of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

Objectives:With the trerapy of Huang Qi jian zhong decoction on treating the spleen and stomach defficiency-cold type of Recurrent oral ulcer, and observe the clinical curative effect.Methods:80 cases of Recurrent oral ulcer divided into two groups.One was the observing group: 40 cases treated with Huang Qi jian zhong decoction, the other was the control group:40 cases treated with Vit B2 Vit C and levamisole. Course of treatment was 5 days. Contrast the index of two sets, such as the total effective rate, total accumulate points of symptom, the improve of major clinical symptom and so on, as well as to make out the judgment, symptom score after treatmentResults:the total effective rate of observing group is 92.50%,87.5%, and the control group is 62.50%,65.00%, there is remarkable difference between the two groups (p<0.05), to hint that the total curative effect of observing groups surpass the control group. The relapse rate of observing group is 17.65%, and the control group is 33.33%, there is remarkable difference between the two groups (p<0.05), to hint that the relapse rate of observing group surpass the control group. Clinical symptom score after treatment were more differences between the two groups(p<0.05), to hint that observing group in improving clinical symptoms and signs better than the control group. These two groups had no obvious influence in blood, urine, evacuation of bowels, function of live and kidney.Conclusion:The treatment based on Huang Qi jian zhong decoction could obviously improve the cardinal symptoms of Recurrent oral ulcer; the curative effect is superior to the control group.
