Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Modified Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction To Treat The Spleen And Stomach Defficiency-cold Syndrome Of Recurrent Oral Ulcer By Gargling And Swallowing

Objective:Through the clinical experiment trails on modified Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction to treat the spleen and stomach defficiency-cold syndrome of Recurrent oral ulcer by gargling and swallowing,and observe its efficacy and safety.Methods:The 60 patients with Recurrent oral ulcer (spleen and stomach defficiency-cold syndrome) from geriatrics department outpatient service of Sichuan province hospital of TCM were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each ggroup was treated by gargling and swallowing with modified Huang Qi Jian Zhong roup.The treatment Decoction,while the control group was treated by gargling with compound chlorhexidine collutory.The course of treatment was five days. Then the main symptoms and signs integral,clinical curative effect of Tradition Chinese Medicine syndrome total effective rate,local disease clinical curative effect of western medicine total effective rate and drug adverse reaction between two groups before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the efficacy and safty.The cured cases were followed up for 3 months,and observe two groups of patients with oral ulcer recurrence.The statistical methods used SPSS 17.0.Results:(1) The main symptoms and signs indexes of the two groups comparison:The main symptoms and signs indexes of the two groups were significantly improved on the ulcer size,the number of ulcer,the congestion of ulcer,the pain of ulcer and the burning sensation(p<0.05)after the end of treatment,but the treatment group in improving the ulcer size,the congestion of ulcer,the pain of ulcer and the burning sensation was better than that in control group.The treatment group could also obviously improve the patients systemic symptom such as languid,cold,stool and appetite(p<0.05).(2)The total effective rate of the Tradition Chinese Medicine main symptoms and signs comparison:the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, and the control group was 83.33%. Through statistical analysis,there were statistically significant differences between two groups in the total effective rate of the Tradition Chinese Medicine main symptoms and signs(p<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.(3)The total effective rate of the western medicine local disease comparison:the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,and the control group was 80.00%,comparing the two groups had significant differences.(4) No adverse reaction was found between the treatment group and control group. (5) Following up the cured cases for three months, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 21.43%,that was obviously below the control group’s 50.00%.Conclusion:Modified Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction to treat the spleen and stomach defficiency-cold syndrome of Recurrent oral ulcer by gargling and swallowing has a remarkable curative effect, and it can obviously improve the symptom of the patients with oral local and systemic,and it has a lower recent recurrence rate and a good security.
