| Objective:This study is to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of shoulder pain after stroke, and to explore its effective mechanism,so as to provide more choices for clinical treatment of shoulder pain after stroke. Methods : 90 patients with shoulder pain after stroke were randomly divided into acupuncture group, external application of traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture and medicine group,30 cases in each group. In the course of treatment,1 case fell off in the acupuncture group and 1 case fell off in the acupuncture medicine group,and88 cases were completed. The three groups were divided into two groups on the basis of conventional treatment. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture; The external application group was given external application of traditional Chinese medicine to cover the pain part of the affected shoulder; The acupuncture and medicine group was treated with acupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine.Three groups of patients were treated once a day,6 times a week,a total of 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, shoulder function rating scale,Fugl Meyer rating scale and serum IL-1were used β The clinical efficacy of the three groups was evaluated, and the results were statistically analyzed.Result:1.Comparison of baseline data and efficacy evaluation indexes before treatment: the baseline data of the three groups were balanced, and the difference was not statistically significant;there were no statistically significant differences in shoulder joint function evaluation,Fugl Meyer evaluation, and serum IL-1 β before treatment, and the three groups were comparable;2.Intra group comparison: there were significant differences in shoulder function evaluation,Fugl Meyer evaluation and serum IL-1 β measurement among the three groups after treatment(P < 0.05);3.Comparison between groups: there was no significant difference in the score results between the acupuncture group and the external application group of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment,P > 0.05,no statistical significance;there was statistical difference in the score results between the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group,P< 0.05;there was statistical difference in the score results between the acupuncture group and the external application group of traditional Chinese medicine,P < 0.05,indicating that the curative effect of the acupuncture group was better than the other two groups Joint pain;Curative effect comparison: the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was62.07%,the total effective rate of the external application group was 66.67%,and the total effective rate of the acupuncture and medicine group was 93.31%.The effective rate of three groups was compared,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the total effective rate of the acupuncture and medicine group was significantly higher than that of the acupuncture group and the external application group. Conclusion:In the acupuncture and medicine group, the function of shoulder joint was improved and the serum IL-1 was decreased β It is worthy of clinical application. |
