Clinical Study On Treatment Of Abdominal Moderate Cancer Pain By External Application Of Chinese Herbal Medicine Weiwei Granules And Zhitong Decoction

Objective:TO observe the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine particles hua yu zhitong fang in the treatment of medium cancer pain on the abdomen,as well as its influence to quality of life,adverse reaction and safety. Method:Adopted the method of randomized controlled trial,60 cases eligibe for the study were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases),control group(30cases).Observation group was treated with Traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine particleshua yu zhitong fang,control group was treated with qizhengxiaotong tie.After 7 days of the treatment,pain remission rate,analgesic effect time,duration of analgesia,the control of breakthrough pain,safety and adverse reactions were compared in the two groups. Results:1.NRS score:Both of the two groups' NRS score were significantly decreased after the treatment.Both groups can reduce NRS score, has good analgesic effect, but the effect of two groups in terms of reducing NRS scores.2.Analgesic efficient:Observation's total effective was 86.7%;Control group's 83.4%.Upon examination, P>0.05, the difference is not significant, so the two groups can be thought of the pain to be efficient.3.The analgesia onset time ? The best analgesic time ? The analgesic effective time:Upon examination, the analgesic effect time is similar between the two groups.As for the best analgesic time and the analgesic effective time,Observation group was longer than control group. 4.KPS score:Both of the two groups' KPS score were improved after the treatment.Two groups before and after the treatment KPS score comparison, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), two groups of treatment all can improve patients KPS score. Comparative differences between the two groups after treatment with no statistical significance(P>0.05).That two groups in terms of improving KPS score level.5.The Adverse reactions:Two groups of patients with skin itching, rashes, incidence of chitin, fall off, after statistics analysis, P > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference.6.Safety observation:Two groups, a total of 60 cases.The result showed no obvious abnormity by checking the electrocardiogram(ecg), urine routine,blood check routine blood,liver and kidney function, blood coagulation function etc.before and after treatment. Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine particles hua yu zhi tong fang can reduce patients NRS score,to moderate cancerous abdominal pain has good curative effect,analgesic firments and efficiently was fair with qizhengxiaotong tie;2.Hua yu zhitong fang and qizhengxiaotong tie were similar on the analgesia onset time.Hua yu zhitong fang's time was longer than qizhengxiaotong tie on the best analgesic and effective time.3.The Traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine particles Hua yu zhi tong fang can not only remiss cancer pain effectively,but also can improve quality of life for the patients with cancer pain on the abdomen; Besides it has no obvious common adverse reaction,no toxic-side effects.Chinese traditional medicine superfine particles formulations, portable, easy to save, for patients with moderate cancerous abdominal pain is worth promoting.
