| Intravenous infusion is an important means of clinical treatment,which has the advantages of rapid administration,quick effect and small stimulation,so it is widely used in clinical medicine.At present,in the process of intravenous infusion,medical staff generally use manual flow regulator to control the infusion speed,the temperature of liquid medicine is seriously affected by the surrounding environment,so the infusion speed and temperature cannot be accurately controlled.If there is any abnormal situation during infusion or at the end of infusion,the abnormal situation of the patient cannot be solved in time due to no one accompanying the patient,which may cause pain or even endanger the life of the patient.With the rapid development of society,the market urgently needs a device for monitoring infusion process.Therefore,this paper has developed a set of medical infusion monitoring system,which has the functions of real-time detection and control of infusion rate,detection and control of liquid temperature,monitoring of infusion status and so on.It can automatically end the infusion process and timely inform the medical staff when the infusion is abnormal and when the infusion is over.The system consists of field monitoring node,data concentrator node,centralized monitoring node and upper computer.The filed monitoring node is located in the patient’s hospital bed,which is used for real-time monitoring of various infusion state information including infusion drop rate,liquid temperature and infusion residual volume,and the real-time data collected is sent to the data concentrator node by wireless communication.The system has a set threshold for the amount of liquid remaining in infusion,when the amount of liquid remaining reaches the set threshold,the system performs acousto-optic warning.At the end of infusion or abnormal infusion,sound and light alarm shall be conducted and infusion blocking device shall be automatically started to prevent infusion process;The data concentrator node is located in the middle of the ward,the node uses power lines to transmit the received data to the centralized monitoring node;The centralized monitoring node is located in the infusion monitoring and control room,and the data information of each child node is packaged and summarized,and then the data information is transmitted to the upper computer;The upper computer visually displays the patient’s real-time infusion information through the WEB interface and can control the infusion parameters remotely.The system uses the database technology,completes the infusion information management and storage,realizes the infusion information management,patient file information management and other functions in the application interface,enhances the application of the infusion monitoring system.The infusion monitoring system developed in this paper can monitor the infusion information of multiple wards and patients in real time,realize the global management of infusion process,overcome the shortcomings of infusion monitoring system such as high cost,wiring difficulties,safety,etc.,reduce the doctor-patient problems caused by human factors in the process of infusion,and realize the intellectualization,informatization,and networking of infusion mo-nitoring. |
