Intravenous infusion is the most common treatment in clinical practice,and it involves almost all departments of the hospital.In addition to the ICU,the current infusion is basically an infusion bottle or infusion bag plus a disposable infusion line with Moffe's tube,and the drug is input into the patient by means of the liquid's own weight and atmospheric pressure.Although this method is simple and easy,there are some deficiencies.For example,the infusion temperature is unalterable with the ambient temperature,and the infusion rate is not regulated by the mechanical pulley compressing the infusion tube.The adjustment accuracy is poor and the reliability is insufficient.The state of the infusion process depends entirely on the patient's own observation and the nurse patrols,without the self Alarms and protection mechanisms are prone to abnormalities in the infusion process but are not discovered in time and lead to medical risks.Although the infusion pump has an alarm function,its biggest disadvantage is that it is expensive and does not have the infusion heating function.In view of the above problems,on the basis of summarizing the research results at home and abroad,combined with the actual needs of the subject,a smart infusion system was designed.The system has infusion speed monitoring,infusion speed control,infusion time remaining estimation,infusion heating,audible and visual alarm when the infusion state is abnormal,wireless transmission of real-time monitoring of each infusion bed and alarm information to the host computer and other functions.In order to meet system requirements,through the hardware circuit design and software programming,developed drop count monitoring module,drip control module,power supply module,keyboard setting and display module,sound and light alarm module,wireless transmission module.The operation of the system is as follows:Before the infusion begins,the MF tube of the infusion tube is stuck in the infrared drop detector,the lower part of the infusion tube is placed in the infusion heating jacket,and the patient information,the infusion volume,the maximum allowable heating temperature,etc.are set.,start infusion.During the infusion,the photoelectrons perform the collection of the drop number,and after the signal processing,they interact with the master chip MSP430 in the form of pulses to form the drip rate data and the estimated value of the remaining infusion time is displayed on the liquid crystal screen.When the drop speed is different from the set drop speed,the rudder will automatically adjust the tightness of the squeezed infusion line to achieve the function of controlling the drop speed.At the same time,the warning light will be LED light alarm for more than 20 drops per minute.Use USB power supply heating system.The soft material of the sleeve heating,to ensure the uniformity of heating and pipeline activity.At the beginning of heating,the LED heat lamp lights up to indicate that the current system is heating.When the heating temperature reaches the set maximum allowable heating temperature,the heating is automatically stopped and the heating lamp is extinguished.The information such as the drop speed,remaining time,and heating temperature of the entire system is packaged and transmitted to the PC through the ZigBee transmission protocol to realize remote monitoring of the infusion state.This article describes in detail the selection of various modules,hardware circuit design,software flow and some of the code.Finally,a smart infusion system with high practicality and good stability was designed.The main research content and innovations of the thesis:1.Completed research on existing infusion monitoring and temperature control products and research directions at home and abroad;2.Design the software and hardware of the intelligent infusion control system of this subject,including the upper computer transmission program;3.Wechat applets and Android APP have been developed to bring more experience to patients in the Internet era;4.Complete the debugging of the whole system,realize the functions of infusion monitoring,drip rate control,temperature control,upper computer transmission and so on,which has certain clinical practical value.
