| The body temperature and heart rate are the most fundamental bio-indicators of human beings, which can be monitored by Ward Monitoring System for long time. Because of the use of these monitors, the workload of nurses is reduced, and the patients are better treated.The Ward Monitoring System described in this paper has the characteristics of small size, strong performance and low power consumption. The processor with the ARM920T core embedded is used as the central processing unit. It integrates various digital sources and features fast speed and low power consumption, which meets the need of the system. We choose the embedded Linux as the operation system (OS) based on ARM and mainly discuss the software developments including porting the bootloader, Linux OS and the drivers to the ARM board. The core chip SC1128is used in communication. According to Visual C++6.0, the data can be displayed analysized and so on.Finally, this paper test the reliability of the communication of the system. The results shows that this system has good reliability, high adaptability and can reduce energy losses effectively, save electricity, basically achieve the desired objectives. |
