Research On The Construction Of Local Government Emergency Management System

In recent years,based on the previous assessment of basic public health services,s province has gradually studied and carried out the performance management of basic public health services funds,in order to give better play to the financial efficiency and promote the equalization of basic public health services.The basic public health service fund is one of the first special funds to carry out performance management in S Province.Over the years,it has formed a relatively perfect performance management mechanism,summarized many good experiences and practices,and provided a reference template for the performance management of other special funds.However,due to the late start of performance evaluation of financial funds in China,there are still many problems in the performance evaluation of basic public health service funds,such as imperfect performance target system,imperfect performance operation monitoring,single performance evaluation method,and not in-depth application of performance results.This paper analyzes the development process,management mode,important role and existing problems of performance evaluation of basic public health service funds in S Province,summarizes and refines good experience and practices,studies and puts forward policy suggestions for further improving performance evaluation,so as to realize performance management of basic public health service funds in line with modern financial system.
