Study On Performance Evaluation Of Basic Public Health Service In Jiangxi Province

Since the National basic public health service project was launched in 2009,it has been widely implemented in primary health care institutions,and has achieved certain results.The performance evaluation mechanism for basic public health service projects has also been gradually optimized,accompanied by extensive use of the Internet and the database of residents 'health.At present,the performance evaluation of basic public health services also presents a lot of problems.Through the current domestic and foreign on government performance evaluation,public service and basic public health project performance evaluation framework and other theories,and Summarize the policy documents and implementation effect of the basic public health service in Jiangxi province by summarizing the policies and performance evaluation programs.This article Taking the Performance Evaluation of Basic Public Health Services in 11 Counties as an Example,aims to find out the existing problems of information construction,Index system and evaluation method in the performance evaluation of basic public health services in Jiangxi province.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the basic database of residents 'health,construct the scientific evaluation mechanism,and choose a reasonable evaluation method.Finally,we will give full play to the role of performance evaluation in the implementation of the basic public health service project policy,so that the implementation of basic public health service projects in Jiangxi Province will achieve better results,and further improve the overall health level of Jiangxi residents.
