Clinical Observation Of Qingxin Zhuyang Recipe In Treating Overactive Bladder Of Middle-aged And Old Women With Heart Fire And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:According to the clinical observation of Qingxin Zhuyang Recipe in treating overactive bladder of middle-aged and elderly women with heart fire and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,To explore the efficacy and safety of Qingxin Zhuyang Recipe in treating overactive bladder of middle-aged and elderly women with heart fire and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,Provide a strong clinical basis for the treatment of middle-aged and elderly women with overactive bladder.At the same time,To evaluate the responsiveness of diagnosis scale of middle-aged and elderly women with heart fire and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,Provide better help for the quantitative diagnosis of clinical syndromes and curative effect judgment of middle-aged and elderly women with overactive bladder.Methods:Sixty middle-aged and elderly women with overactive bladder of heart fire and kidney yang deficiency who met the inclusion criteria were selected,It was randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases each.The experimental group was treated with Qingxin Zhuyang Recipe,and the control group was treated with Solinaxin Succinate(Weixikang),The course of treatment is 4 weeks,To observe the changes of quantitative scores of TCM syndromes on diagnostic scale,overactive bladder(OABSS)scores and urodynamic test indicators of 10 patients in the experimental group of middle-aged and elderly women’s overactive bladder(heart fire and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)and safety.Results : In terms of the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the patients in the experimental group improved significantly better than the control group in terms of chilling limb cold,backache,urethral burning,dry mouth,heart irritability(P<0.01);in terms of knee softness and insomnia,the improvement was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);in terms of urinary frequency,urgency,hearing loss,and forgetfulness,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).In terms of the efficiency of TCM syndromes,the experimental group was43.33% and the control group was 6.70%.The TCM syndrome efficiency of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P <0.01).In terms of OABSS points,the scores of daytime urination,nighttime urination,urgency,urgency incontinence,and overactive bladder(OABSS)scores of patients in the experimental and control groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was significant(P <0.01);however,the improvement of urinary incontinence scores in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant(P <0.01),and the improvement in the score of overactive bladder(OABSS)was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);while the scores of urination during the day,urination at night,and urgency were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).In terms of total treatment efficiency,the patients in the experimental group were 96.67%and the patients in the control group were 66.67%.the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group with significant differences(P <0.01).In terms of responsiveness evaluation,the P values of the heart fire dimension,the kidney yang deficiency dimension and the total table of the patients in the experimental group before and after treatment were all less than 0.01,and the difference was significant before and after treatment;The P values of pulse sink and ulnar pulse weakness were all greater than 0.05,and there was no statistically significant difference before and after treatment;the effect scale before and after treatment was 1.925,which was a large effect.In terms of safety,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Qingxin Zhuyang Recipe has better clinical effect on middle-aged and elderly women with overactive bladder and heart fire and kidney yang deficiency syndromes,Compared with western medicine group,it can significantly improve patients’ symptoms and quantitative scores of TCM syndromes,and can effectively improve patients overactive bladder(OABSS)score,without obvious adverse reactions,it can be used as a good choice for clinical treatment of middle-aged and elderly women with overactive bladder.The effect scale of diagnosis scale of middle-aged and elderly women with overactive bladder of heart fire and kidney yang deficiency syndrome is larger,and the response is good,It indicating that the diagnosis scale can be used for clinical syndromes of overactive bladder of heart fire and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,And provide better help for quantitative diagnosis and curative effect judgment.
