| Objective:Women in the perimenopausal period,with the gradual decline of ovarian function,changes in hormone levels,perimenopausal syndrome(perimenopausal syndrome,PMS)followed.PMS is a common clinical disease of gynecology,its clinical manifestations more common menstrual disorders,baking sweat,irritability insomnia,palpitations,dizziness and other symptoms,can seriously reduce the quality of life in perimenopausal women.Therefore,the treatment of PMS can not be ignored.Estrogen levels decline is an important reason for PMS,but estrogen replacement therapy has the risk of cancer,clinical treatment of PMS need new ideas.Traditional Chinese medicine called PMS for the Symptoms during the Menopause,that the pathogenesis of kidney-based,divided into kidney yin-deficiency type,kidney yang-deficiency type and kidney yin and yang deficiency type.Liu Zhaoyang,director of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners combined with years of clinical experience and traditional Chinese medicine exposition,think that PMS in addition to the above classification,but also divided into yin-deficiency and fire-excessive type,and the original supplement kidney essenc prescription to treat the type of PMS.In this study,we investigated the effect of supplement kidney essenc prescription on yin-deficiency and fire-excessive type PMS and the effect of estrogen(E2)and follicle-stimulating hormone(PMS),FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels.Method:The study patients were from June 2016 to November 2016 in the Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the third affiliated hospital gynecological clinic patients.According to the diagnostic criteria of PMS related Chinese medicine and western medicine,55 cases of PMS patients with deficiency of yin-deficiency and fire-excessive type were selected according to the relevant standard.The randomized patients was divided into the treatment group(n=28 cases)and Kuntai capsule control group(n=27 cases).The levels of Kupperman score,TCM symptom score and E2,FSH and LH were compared before and after treatment in each group.The changes were observed in 8 weeks as a course of study.Result:1.Comprehensive efficacy:Supplement kidney essenc prescription treatment group:fully recovered in 2 cases(7.14%),markedly effective in 14 cases(50%),effective in 10 cases(35.71%),ineffective in 2 cases(7.14%),the total effective rate was 92.86%;Kuntai capsule control group fully recovered in 1 cases(3.70%),markedly effective in 5 cases(18.52%),effective in 13 cases(48.15%),8 cases(29.63%),the total effective rate was 70.37%;the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Domestic improvements Kupperman score results:The standard deviation of the mean score of the treatment group decreased from 29.79±7.52 to 8.79 ±4.69,and the mean standard deviation of the control group decreased from 27.33±8.75 to 14.52±9.35.The efficacy of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.TCM symptoms score results:Compared with the control group,the standard deviation of the mean score decreased from 17.32 ± 6.41 to 4.79 ±2.85,the mean standard deviation of the control group decreased from 16.74 ± 7.19 to 9.63 ±6.82,the two groups were treated after treatment,the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group in the improvement of patients with hot sweating,upset irritability,hand,foot and heart heat,constipation,palpitations,shortness of breath and insomnia symptoms of Chinese medicine is better than the control group.4.Serum hormone levels Results:The mean standard deviation of the treatment group increased from 30.26±19.56 to 46.66±33.81,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(28.18±17.74±34.75±26.73)(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups.FSH and LH were decreased,and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control groupConclusion:The clinical effect and the level of sex hormones in the treatment of yin-deficiency and fire-excessive type perimenopausal syndrome can significantly improve the clinical application value and the clinical application value of the patients with yin-deficiency and fire-excessive type PMS. |
