| Since the publication of the Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Program, the state and society have attached great importance to health issues. At present, the promulgation of the national health strategy, the prominent problem of socialization and the lack of economic impetus create conditions for the development of health investment. As a way of health investment, health investment is conducive to the healthy development of public and private sectors in the process of forming healthy human capital. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for China to deeply study the health investment mode under the background of "Healthy China 2030" Program Outline. The purpose of this paper is to explore the output effect of health investment based on the report of "Health China 2030" and the analysis of its basic content, current situation and problems. At present, there are some problems in the way of health investment, that is,excessive public health investment will cause financial burden, while too little investment will cause pressure on private sector health investment. Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the output effect of public and private sector health investment mode while maintaining economic growth. Before the empirical analysis of output effect, the principal component analysis method was used to scientifically and objectively select indicators representing the public sector and private sector health investment mode, and on this basis, the regression equation was used to analyze the output effect. Finally, the paper draws the following conclusions: Firstly, the principal component analysis method is used to select the indicators of public and private health investment. The results show that government health expenditure and per capita health care expenditure can be used as proxy indicators for the next Empirical Study on the output effect of health investment.Secondly, according to the results of regression equation, public sector health investment has a positive effect on economic growth. The regression coefficient is 0.378,which is significant.Thirdly, private health investment can promote economic growth, but its significance is not strong. The reason is that the research timeselected in this paper is short, and the effect of private investment on economic growth is not obvious.Fourthly, the ratio of public sector to private sector health investment has a significant effect on economic growth. The regression coefficient is 0.076,which highlights the importance of public sector health investment in the overall health investment mode. |
