| Objective:In order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Pinggan Huatan Tongluo decoction in treating obesity related hypertension,the clinical observation was carried out to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Pinggan Huatan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of obesity related hypertension.Methods:70 patients with obesity-related hypertension,liver-yang sputum,and phlegm-sex syndrome were included in the following exclusion criteria.The cases of rejection and shedding were excluded according to the random number table method,and were divided into 31 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.Drug intervention studies were conducted on the basis of improved lifestyle,with a total duration of 12 weeks.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment:Daiwen(80mg qd/bid po.);the experime,ntal group was given Pinggan Huayu Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group,1 day,morning and evening warm clothes.Observe the changes of blood pressure,waist circumference,body mass index,TCM syndrome score,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein,blood uric acid,blood homocysteine and other related indicators before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the antihypertensive test group(87.10%)>control group(70.00%),the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),the test group systolic blood pressure decreased more.The total effective rate of TCM symptoms(93.55%)>control group(33.33%)(p<0.05);and in the improvement of obesity,chest tightness,insomnia,and fatigue,the test group was significantly better than the control group.(p<0.05).The body mass index,waist circumference,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,blood uric acid and homocysteine levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and were superior to the control group except the wai st circumference(p<0.05).There was no significant improvement in the high-density lipoprotein between the two groups(p>0.05).At the same time,obesity-related hypertension is a chronic disease.The patient’s course of disease is generally longer,and young and middle-aged patients can develop the disease.The proportion of elderly patients is large,and there is no significant difference in gender distribution.Conclusion:On the basis of valsartan plus Pinggan Huatan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of obesity-related hypertension liver-yang hyperactivity phlegm-stasis syndrome the curative effect is better than the simple western medicine valsartan treatment. |
