Clinical Study On Bushen Huatan Tongluo Decoction On Essential Hypetrension

Objective: it is to observe the effect of Bushen Yiqi Bushen Huatan TongluoDecoction composition, Huatan Tongluo with antihypertensive effect of left ventricularhypertrophy in patients with hypertension and the effect of intervention on the left ventricular remodeling, evaluation of the clinical effect of BushenHuatan Tongluo recipe.Methods: the content of the samples was80, set two experimental groups,80patientswere randomly assigned, divided into the treatment group (40cases) and control group (40cases) of antihypertensive treatment basedon two experimental groups, the treatment groupbased on the use of Bushen Huatan Tongluo Decoction, the observation indexesinclude:ambulatory blood pressure measurement (CBPM) value, ambulatory bloodpressure monitoring (ABPM) value change and the ultrasonic Heartbeatfigure index,and the clinical symptoms to improve the situation, and to assess the quality of lifeof patients before and after treatment.Results：1two groups of patients were ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, themeasured24h, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood pressure during theday and nighttime blood pressure decreased obviously,compared with beforetreatment, ambulatory and casual blood pressuremeasured blood pressure was improvedobviously, the nocturnal blood pressure decreased significantly, the circadian rhythm ofblood pressurehas significant improvement. According to statistical analysis, casual bloodpressure were measured SeSBP and SeDBP decrease was not statistically significant (P>0.05). But24h of the two groups was statistically significant,daytime, nighttimeSBP decreased (P<0.01or P<0.05). Two groups of patients with casual bloodpressure were determined by24h, daytime SBPdeclines difference after statistics analysis, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Two groups of24h PP and24h MAP decreasedstatisticallysignificantly different (P values are <0.01and <0.05).2patients of the twogroups were compared by Beckoning graph parameters: before treatment,data oftwo patients included left ventricular myocardium weight, SBP and DBP were significantdifference (P>0.05). After treatment, two groups ofleft ventricular hypertrophyindex were decreased to some extent, but the treatment group myocardial weight, diastolicblood pressure decreased significantly, the two group have significantdifference (group P <0.01).3after treatment with signs and symptoms were comparedbetween groups,the treatment group on "waist","dizzy","tongue pulse","hot nightsweats"improvement in the treatment group than the control group.4Duchennehypertension, quality of life scale evaluation results, the treatment group beforeand after treatment showed depression, interpersonal sensitivityimprovement is notobvious, the rest of the data have significant difference(P <0.01); the control group, thetreatment group after treatment data wererank sum test, no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: This study provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of hypertensionin Chinese medicine, to verify the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huatan Tongluo Decoction"in the treatment of hypertension, improve the quality of life in patients withessentialhypertension, which laid a foundation for further research.
