The Clinical Effect Of Using Huatan Tongluo Decoction Add And Subtract Combined With Scalp Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Patients Acute Cerebral Infarction(Feng Tanyuzu Style)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of using Huatan Tongluo decoction add and subtract combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with hemiplegia(Feng tanyuzu Style),and to provide the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of acute cerebral infarctionMethods:A total of 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients from June 2014 to June 2015 in Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine University affiliated Qinzhou City TCM Hospital were compared,in line with the Feng tanyuzu Style,and were confirmed by head CT or MRI.80 cases of TCM syndrome Feng tanyuzu Style in acute cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group by using the method of random number,each group 40 cases.Control group was given aspirin enteric coated tablets,atorvastatin calcium tablets,edaravone,vinpocetine conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with scalp acupuncture on base of the routine western medicine treatment,the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared after 15 days of treatment,the changes of neural function defect score and TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment in two groups,before and after the treatment,the patients in the two groups of blood lipid indicators included TC,TG,HDL,LDL and hemorheology indicators included the whole blood viscosity(high and low shear),plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte deformation index were detected,and comparative analysis was carried out.Results:(1)clinical curative effect: the total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 92.5%,was significantly higher than the control group 70.0%,the difference was significant(P <0.05),suggested that the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group.1.neural function defect score: after treatment,the neural function deficit score of two groups of patients were significantly decreased,the difference before and after the treatment in the the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),suggested that the neural function defect in the observation group improved more significantly than the control group.2.TCM syndrome score: after treatment,the two groups of patients with TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),suggested that clinical symptom in observation group was better than the control group.3.the blood lipid indexes: after treatment,the changes of TC,TG,LDL,HDL in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).4.the blood rheological index: the blood rheological index of whole blood viscosity(high shear,low shear,plasma viscosity,and calculate the erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte deformation index in the observation group changed more significantly than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: With Huatan Tongluo decoction based on syndrome differentiation as the main prescription add and subtract combined with scalp acupuncture in treatment of acute period cerebral infarction(Feng tanyuzu Style)has obvious curative effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with Feng tanyuzu Style syndrome of acute cerebral infarction,improve neurological function,reduce blood lipid and hemorheology indexes,it is worthy of clinical application.
