The Study On The Effect Of Pinggan Tongluo Decoction On The Treatment Of Obesity-related Hypertension And Retinol-binding Protein

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Pinggan Tongluo decoction on the treatment of obesity-related hypertension and its effect on retinol binding protein.Methods: Will be included in the 60 cases of obesity related hypertension patients were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases,give Chinese medicine liver soup of t2 dm share western medicine valsartan capsule)and control group(30 cases,given western medicine valsartan capsules)in the two groups,a course of 8 weeks.To observe the changes of blood pressure,blood lipids and TCM syndromes before and after the two groups of tests.Results: The results showed that the effectiveness of the experimental group was 53.33% and 90.00% respectively.The total efficiency of the control group was 30.00% and 73.33% respectively.The test group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in both groups decreased significantly(P < 0.01),and decreased significantly(P < 0.01)compared with the control group in the systolic blood pressure test group(P < 0.01),and the diastolic pressure was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).In the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 16.67% and 93.33% respectively,and the total effective rate of the control group was 3.33% and 73.33% respectively,which was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Interms of the improvement of blood lipids,ldl-c,TG and TC of the experimental group decreased significantly(P < 0.01),and HDL-C increased significantly(P < 0.01),which was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).In the case of obesity,the experimental group showed improvement in waist-to-hip ratio,waist circumference and body mass index(P < 0.01),which was superior to the control group(P < 0.01).In the aspect of retinol binding protein,the patients in the experimental group decreased significantly(P < 0.01),which was superior to the control group(P < 0.01).Clinical medication safety,no adverse events.Conclusion: The experimental group can significantly improve the patient's TCM symptoms,and can lower the level of blood pressure,blood lipid and retinol binding protein.It is indicated that pinggan tongluo decoction is effective in treating hypertensive and phlegm-blood stasis in hepatoyang.
