Research purposes: It is found that pseudomyopia is functional and reversible in the study.If it is not treated in time,it will develop into true myopia.At present,pseudomyopia is more common among young children in early myopia.The prevention and treatment of juvenile myopia should start with the treatment of pseudomyopia so as to inhibit the occurrence of true myopia.Under the guidance of traditional exercise methods and medical theories,this study mainly uses fitness qigong to select and compile technical movements,determines the prescription of eyesight improving exercise,and provides a scientific theoretical guidance scheme for children exercisers.Long-term exercise can relieve children’s eye fatigue and improve children’s pseudomyopia eye problems,thus providing more effective methods and approaches for improving children’s pseudomyopia and facilitating children to choose their own exercise methods for training.Research methods: The research adopts experimental method.According to the research purpose,50 students from Grade 1 to Grade 6 of Lantian Primary School in Xingtai City are divided into experimental group and control group by stratified randomization.The 25 subjects in the control group did not take any regular exercise except daily activities.In addition to daily activities,the 25 subjects in the experimental group were given a 12-week eyesight improving exercise prescription for exercise.The subjects were tested with visual fatigue integral table and naked eye far vision index one week before and one week after the experiment,and were Research results:(1)the results of single index of asthenopia showed that after exercise prescription intervention,the indexes in the experimental group showed significant difference(p < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the control group(p > 0.05),while the comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed significant difference(p < 0.05).(2)the results of total scores of asthenopia showed that after exercise prescription intervention,the average scores of asthenopia in the experimental group decreased significantly(p < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in the control group(p > 0.05),while the comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed significant difference(p < 0.05).The total scores of the experimental group decreased significantly for the control group.(3)the results of naked-eye far vision showed that after exercise prescription intervention,the far vision indexes of left and right eyes in the experimental group were significantly different and significantly improved(p <0.05),while there was no significant difference in the control group(p > 0.05),while the comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed significant difference(p > 0.05).The indexes of left and right eyes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Research conclusion: After 12 weeks of exercise on eyesight improving exercise prescription,it has obvious improvement effect on eye discomfort caused by children’s pseudomyopia,and also has certain help effect on improving far vision.The eyesight improving exercise prescription has positive and good effect on prevention and treatment of children’s pseudomyopia.Research recommendations: This eyesight improving exercise prescription can be popularized as a daily exercise maintenance method that can be self-controlled in children’s groups to improve the prevention of pseudomyopia in children.Continue to carry out further research on exercise prescription to improve pseudomyopia of children. |
