The Clinical Observation Of Qiangzhi Prescription Combined With Acupoint Massage In The Treatment For TS Comorbidity ADHD

Objective: Objective: to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qiangzhi recipe combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of children with multiple tourette’s disease(TS)combined with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)and Qiangzhi recipe combined with clonidine transdermal plaster for external observation and comparison.Methods: 60 children who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group,30 cases were treated by oral Qiangzhi fang jianjian granule combined with acupoint massage.In the control group,30 cases were treated with oral Qiangzhi herbal concentrate-granules combined with clonidine transdermal plaster for 12 weeks.Using YGTSS Yale scale,the SNAP-Ⅳ scale,since the quasi syndromes scale will score before and after the treatment pre-operation,comparative evaluation.Results: in improving YGTSS score,number of twitch,twitch frequency,motility twitch,SNAP-Ⅳ score and TCM syndrome scoring,P < 0.05,the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group;In terms of improving vocalization twitch,complexity,intensity of twitch and its influence on life or behavior,P > 0.05 was obtained,and the treatment group had the same efficacy as the control group.Conclusion: Qiangzhi recipe combined with acupoint massage for the treatment of TS co-adhd has curative effect,and the adverse reaction rate is low.
