Objective: By evaluating acupoint sticking combined infantile tuina applied to infants and young children bronchopneumonia(wind heat depression lung type)in the clinical nursing efficacy,to explore the clinical application of more suitable auxiliary treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 180 children with bronchopneumonia(wind heat depression lung type)that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected, and the children were divided into three groups: control group, acupoint application group, and combination group, using random number table method on the basis of following parents' wishes. There were 60 children in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional Western medicine treatment methods currently used in the current department of the hospital;the acupoint application group added the cough and phlegm ointment to the acupoint application treatment at Tiantu,Danzhong and Feishu points on the basis of the treatment method of the control group,2h each time, once a day,for a total of 6 days;the combined group added pediatric massage on the basis of the treatment method of the acupoint application group. The specific massage methods are pushing the Cuanzhu point, pushing the Kangong point, and rubbing the Taiyang point, rubbing the bones behind the ears, clearing the lung meridian, retreating the Liufu, clearing the river water 200 times each, rubbing the palm stripes and rubbing the Feishu point 100 times. The above massage method is performed once a day for 6 days. All enrolled children underwent TCM symptom and symptom scoring before treatment,3 days and 7 days of treatment to observe and record the adverse reactions of the children;record the cough, sputum, lung rales disappearing time and hospitalization Duration,at the same time collect the WBC value,CRP and chest radiographs of the child before treatment and at the time of discharge. The treatment data of the children were collected and analyzed using SPSS24.0 for statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of scores of TCM syndromes and signs: the scores of main symptom, secondary symptom and total symptom at 3 days and 7 days after treatment were statistically different from those before treatment(P<0.05).At 3 days of treatment, the improvement ofscores in the combined group was statistically different from that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of total score in the combined group was statistically different from that in the acupoint application group(P<0.05).At 7 days of treatment, there were statistically significant differences in scores between the combined group and the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of scores of main symptoms and signs of children in the three groups after treatment:At 3 days and 7 days of treatment, there were statistically significant differences between the three groups in the scores of children with daytime cough, night cough, cough sputum, fever, lung auscultation and asthma before treatment(P<0.05).After 3days of treatment, the scores of night cough, lung auscultation and asthma in the combined group were statistically different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The score improvement of asthma in acupoint application group was statistically different from that of control group(P<0.05).At 7 days of treatment, the score improvement of daytime cough in the combined group was statistically different from that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of scores of minor symptoms and signs of the three groups of children after treatment:(1)Comparison within the group: At 3 days of treatment, the control group showed statistically significant differences in the scores of children with runny nose, swelling of pharynx, sweating, irritability, appetite, urine and stool compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and no statistically significant differences in the scores of nasal congestion and complexion compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).The improvement of scores of all the minor symptoms and signs in the acupoint application group was statistically different from that before treatment(P<0.05).In the combined group, there were statistically significant differences in the improvement of scores of all minor symptoms and signs except defecation(P<0.05).At 7 days of treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the improvement of scores of all minor symptoms and signs in the three groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:At 3 days of treatment, the score improvement of pharyngeal swelling, irritability and complexion in the combined group was statistically different from that in the control group(P<0.05).The score improvement of dysphoria in the combined group was statistically different from that in the acupoint application group(P<0.05).At 7 days of treatment, thescores of nasal obstruction, complexion and appetite in the combined group were statistically different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The score improvement of nasal obstruction and complexion in acupoint application group was statistically different from that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of WBC,CRP,and chest radiograph outcomes among the three groups after treatment: At 7 days after treatment, there were statistically significant differences in WBC,CRP,and chest radiograph among the three groups compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences between the three groups(P>0.05).5.Comparison of the disappearance time of cough, lung rhomb and cough sputum symptoms and the length of stay in the hospital among the three groups: At 7 days of treatment, there were statistical differences in the disappearance time of cough, lung rhomb and cough sputum symptoms and the length of stay in the hospital between the combined group and the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the acupoint application group, there was a statistical difference in the shortening of the disappearance time of cough and cough sputum between the combined group and the acupoint application group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, there were statistically significant differences in lung rales disappearance time and length of hospitalization(P<0.05).6.Comparison of the curative effect of the three groups on 7 days of treatment: At 7 days of treatment, the callus of the three groups was 76.79%,84.48% and 89.83,respectively.There was a statistical difference in the callus between the combined group and the control group(P<0.0167).7.Comparison of the satisfaction scores of the three groups of children after treatment:After the treatment, the satisfaction scores of the point application group and the control group were statistically different(P<0.05);Degree scores are statistically different(P<0.05).8.Safety evaluation: In the entire treatment process,2 and 3 children in the acupoint application group and the combined group respectively developed local skin flushing. The flushing site was the back lung lung acupoint application site. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the control group. Conclusion: Acupoint application combined with children's massage to assist thetreatment of infants with wind-heat depression pulmonary bronchopneumonia can significantly improve the score of TCM syndromes and signs in children. It can effectively shorten the time for the disappearance of cough, lung rales and sputum symptoms and the length of stay in the hospital of children with high safety, and can improve the satisfaction of family members of children with medical care services.
