Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Baofukang Suppository Combined With Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets In The Treatment Of Vulvovaginal Candida Disease

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and security of Baofukang suppositories and Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets in treating vulvovaginal candidiasis(hereinafter referred to as VVC),in order to improve the clinical effect of VVC and reduce the recurrence rate of VVC.Methods:Vulvovaginal candidiasis 116 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group was 58 cases,58 cases of the control group.Experimental group were treated with Baofukang suppositories and Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets,control group with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets only,every night using Keyangshu lotion to cleaning the vulva.seven days for a course of treatment,menstrual stop used.After a course of treatment,clinical symptoms,local signs of vulvovaginal,cleanliness of the vaginal changes in the rate of negative pathogens and an analysis of the effect of comparison.In the next two menstrual cycles,we continue to visit the patients to compared with the recurrence of VVC,and for statistical analysis according to the above observation index.Results:1.Two groups of drug have significant negative effects of candida,Baofukang suppositories and Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets in the treatment group the negative rate was 91.37%;Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets only negative rate was 81.03%in the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Two vaginal drugs could significantly improve the cleanliness(P<0.01),and between the two groups before and after treatment compared changes in vaginal cleanliness there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.Two group drugs could significantly improve the clinical symptoms,the cure rate was 37.93%in treatment group,the total efficiency rate was 100%,the good improvement rate was 96.55%;the cure rate of control group was 5.17%,the total efficiency rate was 67.24%,the good improvement rate was 22.41%.The clinical efficacy between the two groups statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.Two group drugs can significantly improve the genital,vaginal local signs(P<0.01),the cure rate was 63.79%in treatment group,the total efficiency rate was 100%,the good improvement rate was 89.65%;the cure rate of control group was 17.24%,the total efficiency rate was 93.10%,the good improvement rate was 44.83%,but after treatment drug effects between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),the treatment group was significantly higher than the cure group.5.Safety testing:before and after treatment were breathing,heart rate,blood pressure abnormalities detected no change,that Baofukang suppository safe,effective and non-toxic.6.After two menstrual cycles visits,the recurrence rate of treatment group was 10.34%,while the recurrence rate of control group was 25.86%,there was significant difference after statistics processing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baofukang suppositories and Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets is effective in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis,and can distinctly improve vaginal cleanliness,and can quickly improve local clinical signs and symptoms,overcast high rate of clinical application of safe,effective and without adverse reaction,it is worth clinical application.Through visits,Baofukang suppositories and Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets also can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of VVC.
