Clinical And Experimental Study Of Mahuang Tincture On Acute Soft Tissue Injury In Calcaneal Fracture

Objective To study the clinical effect of Mahuang tincture on acute soft tissue injury in calcaneal fracture.Establish the rat model of soft tissue injury,and study the effect and mechanism of Mahuang tincture on the related index of acute soft tissue injury in rats.Methods Clinical study,60 cases of calcaneal fracture were divided into Mahuang tincture group,alcohol group and routine dressing group,to compare the difference of clinical indexes between the patients in each group before and after the study.Experimental study,60 SD rats were divided into blank group,model group,Mahuang tincture group and alcohol group.The rat model of acute soft tissue injury were established.The Water content,histomorphology,AQP-1m RNA and AQP-3m RNA expression of skeletal muscle were observed.Results Clinical study,from the contrast of preoperative swelling,hospitalization cycle and postoperative ankle-heel-ankle length difference,the treatment effect of the Mahuang tincture group was obviously better than that of the alcohol group and the conventional medicine group.Experimental study,the water content of skeletal muscle in Mahuang tincture group was significantly lower than that in alcohol group and model group at 3d,5d and7 d.The expression of AQP-1m RNA and AQP-3m RNA in Mahuang tincture group at3 d,5d and 7d was significantly higher than that in alcohol group and model group.Conclusion The effect of Mahuang tincture on acute soft tissue injury incalcaneal fracture has obvious effect.The mechanism is to improve the expression of AQP-1m RNA and AQP-3m RNA in skeletal muscle tissue,so as to reduce the swelling.
