Objective: The main prescriptions of Zheng's Department of Traumatology in our hospital mainly include new wounds and Erhuang Xinshou analgesic ointment.Although they can relieve pain early,the swelling effect is relatively insufficient and cannot meet the current clinical needs.Based on clinical needs,Zanthoxylum New Wound Oil is based on the medical experience of Zheng's Department of Traumatology in our hospital,combined with the excavation of external fracture treatment data in ancient Chinese medicine books,and adjusted by our hospital's pharmacy department to determine the prescription for removing blood stasis and swelling..In this study,by observing the soft tissue injury and hypercoagulable state of bilateral lower extremity skin temperature,soft tissue injury symptom,histopathology,and DD,PT,APTT,and FIB in SD rats at the early stage of closed fracture of closed fracture,we explored the effect of new pepper oil wounds on closed fracture Therapeutic effect of tissue stasis caused by early hypercoagulable state of blood.Provide experimental data support for later clinical practical application and drug formulation improvement,and further give play to the advantages of Zheng's Traumatology in the treatment of orthopedic diseases.Methods: Seventy-two SD rats at 8 weeks of age were divided into blank groups according to the random number table method: no model and no drug;prickly ash new wound oil agent group: modeled and externally applied prickly ash new wound oil agent;putalin group: model And external application of Futalin ointment;saline group:modeling but no medicine.The four groups were randomly divided into three groups of1,4,and 7 days,with 6 in each group.The skin temperature difference,soft tissue injury symptom index,histopathological examination,and D-D,PT,APTT,and FIB values of rats were measured and recorded on days 1,4,and 7.Data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:(1)Skin temperature difference: Skin temperature gradually decreases in each group after modeling.The difference in skin temperature between groups on day 1 was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).On the 4th day,the skin temperature difference of each group was lower than before.There was a significant difference between the scores of the Futalin group and the Zanthoxylum oil group(P <0.01).On the seventh day,the skin temperature difference of each model group continued to decrease,and the skin temperature difference of the saline group was statistically significant compared with the group of Futalin and Zanthoxylum oil(P <0.01;P <0.01).There was no statistically significant difference between the Voltarin group and the Zanthoxylum oil group(P> 0.05).(2)Symptom index score of soft tissue injury: There was no significant difference between the groups on the first day.On the 4th day,the scores of each group were lower than before.Compared with the normal saline group,the group of Futalin and Zanthoxylum oil was significantly different(P <0.01;P <0.01).The scores of the model Futalin group and the model Zanthoxylum oil injury group were statistically significant(P <0.05).On the 7th day,the scores of each model group continued to decrease compared to the 4th day,but there was no statistical significance in the comparison between the Futalin group and the Zanthoxylum oil group(P = 0.692> 0.05).(3)Histopathology: The soft tissue injury symptom index of each model group gradually decreased with time.On the first day,the muscle tissue lesions of the animals in the normal saline group,the putalin group and the Zanthoxylum oil injury group were all serious,and there was no significant difference between the groups.On the 4th day,the muscle tissue lesions in the saline group were relatively the most serious,and in the Voltarin group,the flower extract group was the lightest.On the7 th day,the muscle tissue lesions in the saline group were more severe,and the Futarin group and the new pepper group were more severe.The oil group is relatively light.(4)DD value: The DD value of each group after modeling was higher than that before modeling.The physiological saline group,putalin group,and Zanthoxylum oil treatment group were statistically significant compared with the blank group(P <0.01,respectively).;P <0.01;P <0.01).On the 4th day,the D-D values of each group were higher than before.There was no significant difference between the saline group and the Futalin group(P> 0.05).There was a significant difference between the saline group and the Zanthoxylum oil injury group(P <0.01).There was a significant difference between the Futalin group and the Zanthoxylum oil treatment group(P <0.05).On the seventh day,there was no significant difference between the Futalin group and the Zanthoxylum oil treatment group(P> 0.05).(5)FIB value: There was no significant difference between the FIB values of each group on the first day;compared with the blank group,the normal saline group,the putalin group,and the Zanthoxylum oil group were significantly increased(P <0.01,respectively;P <0.01;P <0.01).On day4,the FIB value of each group was higher than before.The FIB value of the saline group was higher than that of the futarin group and the Zanthoxylum oil group(P <0.01;P <0.01).There was no significant difference between the Voltarin group and the Zanthoxylum oil treatment group(P <0.05).On the seventh day,there was no significant difference between the Futalin group and the Zanthoxylum oil treatment group(P> 0.05).(6)PT value: There was no significant difference between the PT values of each group on the first day;compared with the blank group,the normal saline group,voltaline group,and Zanthoxylum oil group were significantly lower(P<0.01;P < 0.01;P <0.01).On the 4th day,the PT value of each group in the model continued to decrease compared with the previous.There was a significant difference in the PT values between the normal saline group and the Futalin group and the Zanthoxylum oil group(P <0.05;P <0.01).There was a significant difference between the PT values of the Futalin group and the Zanthoxylum oil treatment group(P <0.05).On the 7th day,the PT value of the Futalin group and the Zanthoxylum oil group were both higher than the PT value of the 4th day,and the PT value of the saline group continued to decrease from the 4th day.There was no significant difference between the PT values of the Futalin group and the Zanthoxylum oil group(P> 0.05).(7)APTT value: On the first day,the model saline group was significantly different from the model putalin group and the model Zanthoxylum oil treatment group(P <0.05;P <0.01).On the 4th day,the APTT values of each model group continued to decrease compared to the previous ones.Compared with the APTT values of the normal saline group and the volatile oil group,the significant differences were found(P <0.01;P <0.01).Compared with the APTT value of the model Zanthoxylum new oil group,the difference was significant(P <0.01).On the seventh day,the APTT value of the Futalin group and the Zanthoxylum oil treatment group increased compared with the fourth day,and the APTT value of the normal saline group continued to decrease from the fourth day.There was no significant difference in the APTT value between the futalin group and the Zanthoxylum oil treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion:In this experiment,external application of Zanthoxylum bungeumum oil for treatment of blood stasis of early soft tissue injury in closed fractures was performed.The temperature difference of SD rats,tissue injury symptom,histopathological observation,and DD,FIB,APTT,PT and other indicators.The following conclusions were drawn: Both the new pepper oil injury agent and Futalin can obviously alleviate the pain and stasis symptoms of early soft tissue injury in closed fractures,and promote tissue damage and circulatory repair.However,in terms of improving the hypercoagulable state of the blood and preventing thrombosis,the pepper oil new injury oil agent is slightly better than Futalin ointment.
