Analysis Of The Scientific Research Status Of Hospital At County Level

Objective:1.To understand the research status level of the Municipal Comprehensive Hospital and analyze the main influencing factors in carrying out research activities in the Municipal Comprehensive Hospital.2.To analyze the problems existing in the research work and put forward targeted and feasible suggestions which will provide theoretical basis for the same kind the Municipal Comprehensive Hospital.Methods:Cluster random sampling is used in this subject to the questionnaire survey information.The team conducted random questionnaire survey within the area of one hospital in Kun Shan in Dec 2016.The design of the Questionnaire about the Research Statue of the Municipal Comprehensive Hospital follows the methods of random sampling and equality and justice.After inputting the data into Excel2003,SPSS18.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:The questionnaire survey totally refers to 340.There are 335 effective questionnaires expect 5 invalid questionnaires.The efficient rate is 98.5%(335/340).In 335 respondents,over half of them consider that the Municipal Comprehensive Hospital should focus on the medical treatment or research work based on clinical research.72.8% consider it lack innovative talents and team with high qualifications and people who think personal interest and reward lead to the development of research work account for 85.4%.It appears the phenomenon called loose profits.The main barrier of research comes from the lack of the situation of research platform and the atmosphere,among different jobs clinic,medical technician,nurse account for 81% 72.8% 90.1%.From the whole survey,the lower the degree is,the less skilled they master the literature tool and they are required to be guided.Master degree and above account for low grade about 13.1% and college degree accounts for high grade about 42.9%.Meanwhile the understanding about basic methods of scientific research work is increasing with the increase of promotion of education.Nurses who are not familiar with the basic methods of scientific research work and want to learn about it account for high grade about 29.5%.It is superior to 11.6% in clinic and 24.2% in medical technician.Conclusion:1.Most people consider that it unnecessary to carry out research work,doctors should be focus the medical treatment.However,few people think it is necessary to focus on clinical research.Because the development of literature research in the Municipal Comprehensive Hospital is still at primary stage.The hint should adhere to the correct guidance to solve the practical clinical problems,to cultivate medical staff’s consciousness of clinical scientific research,to mobilize most most medical workers to participate in research.2.The research output of the Municipal Comprehensive Hospital come from personal interest and reward they gain.It reminds the management to increase the research reward.Expectation should be connected with performance appraisal,cultivation of talents and the promotion of the title.The concepts should be changed from "What should I do" to "I want to do" and the research output need to be in a virtuous cycle.3.The higher academic qualification is,the better they master the literature research tool.It reminds that the scientific research training for nurses attach much importance to them in the Municipal Comprehensive Hospital.One suggestion is to regularly carry out the guidance and practice to promote the level of nursing research,which can be overall increased with focused training.
