Clinical Research On Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Recipe On IL-21、IL-22 Of Peripheral Blood In Ursa

Objective:This study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on the recurrence of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.The expression of cytokine interleukin-21R and interleukin-22R in URSA patients and decidual tissue of normal early pregnant women was similar to that of URSA.The levels of interleukin-21 and interleukin-22 in peripheral blood of patients were studied.The treatment of URSA by the regulation of interleukin-21 and interleukin-22 was helpful to provide new ideas for the development of URSA.Methods:The expression of IL-21R and IL-22R in decidual tissue of two groups were measured by real-time quantitative PCR(RT-PCR).The expression of IL-21R and IL-22R in deciduas were measured by real-time quantitative PCR(RT-PCR)60 cases of early URSA pregnancy were randomly divided into 30 cases of traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Decoction+western medicine dude progesterone test group,30 cases of simple application of dydrogesterone group as the control group,by ELISA method before and after treatment of two groups of medication IL-21 and IL-22 in peripheral blood.Result:1 IL-21 R and IL-22R were higher in decidual tissue of URSA patients with pregnancy failure than those with normal flow.2 IL-21 and IL-22 were significantly lower in the peripheral blood of URSA pregnant group than in the untreated group.3 Compared with the control group,the expression of IL-21 and IL-22 in the peripheral blood of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.4 Bushen Huoxue Decoction can improve the levels of progesterone,estradiol and β-HCG in peripheral blood of patients with URSA pregnancy,which were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:1 URSA patients with decidual tissue IL-21 and IL-22 high expression,may cause a variety of immune response in the human immune regulation of protein production,destruction of the mother-fetal interface in the local immune cell function,causing transplant rejection,Embryo implantation,development,leading to pregnancy failure,leading to miscarriage.2 Bushen Huoxue Recipe may improve the stability and immune microenvironment of decidual tissue in URSA patients during pregnancy by appropriately down-regulating the expression of IL-21 and IL-22 in peripheral blood,and provide new ideas for URSA treatment3 Bushen Huoxue Decoction can make URSA patients with peripheral blood progesterone,estradiol,β-HCG content increased,were higher than the control group,help to continue to maintain pregnancy.
