Objective:1.To clarify whether the expression of interleukin-11 and interleukin11 receptors in the decidua of unexplain recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA)patients is compared with that in normal early pregnant women.difference.2.Secretion of IL-11,Interleukin-11R and decidualization markers PRL,IGFBP-1 in advanced serum before and after administration of URSA patients Changes in the content of IL-11,IL-11R,decidualization marker PRL、IGFBP-1 and URSA correlation.3.Whether the levels of IL-11,IL-11R and decidual markers PRL,IGFBP-1 in serum from patients with URSA who were treated with Bushen Huoxue Prescription and patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis with URSA who were treated with aspirin were different.4.From the IL-11 and IL-11R factors,to explore the relationship between IL-11,IL-11 receptor and decidualization markers PRL,IGFBP-1 and URSA,to explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Fang in the treatment of URSA.The clinical curative effect and the regulatory mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Fang on IL-11 and IL-11R provide theoretical basis for the further study of Bushen Huoxue Fang in clinical treatment of URSA patients.Method:The main body of this clinical experiment is divided into two parts:1.From the period of 2017.04—2018.03,15 patients(6-10 weeks)with kidney-deficiency and blood-stasis type URSA who were diagnosed and treated in obstetrics and gynecology clinics of the Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and 15 normal pregnant women without history of spontaneous abortion were selected.(6-10 weeks),but actively request the decidua of women with cessation of pregnancy,using real-time quantitative PCR(RT-PCR)method to determine the IL-11,IL-11 receptor and decidualization of the two groups of abortion decidua tissue Marker PRL,IGFBP-1 mRNA content.2.From the period of 2017.04—2018.03,40 URSA patients with unreproducted kidney-deficiency and blood stasis from the obstetrics and gynecology clinics of the Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(40 cases)treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction.In the control group(40 cases)taking western medicine aspirin,the serum of the experimental group and the control group was extracted on the 26th day of menstruation before and after oral drug treatment.ELISA was used to detect the expression levels of IL-11,IL-11 receptor,decidualization marker PRL and IGFBP-1 in 40 patients with unresolved renal insufficiency and blood stasis type URSA before and after treatment;another sample was collected at least once Normal pregnant women with a history of 40 were used as a normal group and serum was extracted on the 26th day of menstruation.ELISA was used to detect the expression of IL-11,IL-11 receptor,and decidualization marker PRL and IGFBP-1 in advanced serum from patients with URSA and those with normal pregnancy.Result:1.The expression of IL-11,IL-11 receptor,decidual marker PRL and IGFBP-1 in decidua of renal blood stasis type URSA patients was significantly lower than that of normal flow group,and there were significant statistical differences(P<0.05).2.IL-11,IL-11 receptor,decidualization markers PRL,IGFBP-1 in the experimental group of renal blood stasis type URSA patients secreted late serum levels were significantly lower than normal pregnant women,and the two groups have obvious Statistical significance(P<0.05).3.IL-11,IL-11 receptor,decidualization markers PRL,IGFBP-1 in the experimental group of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type URSA patients in the experimental group given traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Fang later serum levels after treatment significantly higher than before treatment,And there are significant statistical differences(P<0.05),IL-11,IL-11 receptor,decidualization marker PRL,IGFBP-1 in the experimental group of traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Fang URSA patients secrete advanced serum The content was significantly higher than the control group given western medicine aspirin,and the two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Decreased expression of IL-11 and IL-11 receptors and decidual markers PRL and IGFBP-1 in decidual tissue of URSA patients with kidneydeficiency and blood stasis is associated with abortion of decidualization in early URSA.2.Bushen Huoxue Decoction may promote the expression of IL-11 and IL-11 receptors,decidualization markers PRL and IGFBP-1 in advanced serum,and promote the decidualization of trophoblasts by appropriately increasing the serum levels of URSA patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Embryo development,and more effective than Western medicine aspirin.
