Study On The Model Of Social Capital Into Public Hospitals In Shanxi Province

Public hospitals introduce social capital as an important direction of public hospitals reform, and it has become the mode choice for the public to provide the public with hospital products and services. The public hospitals in the successful introduction of social capital requires not only play to alleviate the shortage of public finance and improve service efficiency, quality and other aspects of the advantages, also called public hospitals give full play to the advantages of traditional business, and improve the ability of medical service of the hospital security of public welfare.This paper analyzes the current public hospital introduce social capital of the background, reason and introduced the main form of social capital, and discuss the public hospital public welfare and social capital by profit, pointing out that, under the government leading, through the cooperative pattern design can realize unification of both. Public hospitals should strictly choice of cooperation of social capital, cooperative pattern design need to consider health care environment, under the premise of national service, innovative ways of cooperation, strengthen government supervision, and ultimately achieve the greatest common divisor of the interests of the government, hospitals, community and social capital.
