With the development of China’s social economy,people’s demand for medical treatment is also gradually increasing,and the pace of hospital construction and management is bound to accelerate.Compared with the performance evaluation of hospital departments,the study of hospital logistics management and its performance evaluation has just been put forward,and feasible cases are still scarce.After several years of operation,the scale of S Health Hospital has been expanded day by day and its achievements have been remarkable.However,the performance evaluation of this hospital is only aimed at the first-line clinical departments.Therefore,the research object selected in this paper is the performance evaluation in logistic management of S Health Hospital.Through carrying out logistic management performance evaluation,the hospital management level can be improved.The research contents of this paper include:Firstly,the necessity and reality of logistics management performance evaluation of the hospital are analyzed in detail,which lays a foundation for the next specific research content.Secondly,with the help of materials and data obtained from expert interviews,an evaluation system is constructed,which contains a total of 23 indicators of the three major organizations,management and technology sectors.Thirdly,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),to the hospital logistics management performance evaluation,diagnosis,and find out the present stage hospital in recognition of the importance of logistics management,logistics management are unreasonable personnel structure,informationize level is not high,logistics staff overall quality is not high,the scientific research ability is low,the problem of the hospital logistics management effect and level have greater restrictions.Fourthly,according to the results of the performance assessment of the logistics management of the hospital,the optimization plan is designed with a definite aim in mind: the senior managers should pay more attention to the logistics management,invest more funds in the logistics,recruit excellent talents,and increase the intensity of human resources management.Revolves around S hospital logistics management performance evaluation showed the achievements of the combination of performance evaluation theory and practice in the new field.With the increasing attention to logistics management of S hospital,later will also be related to explore further performance evaluation theory,through this paper study S institutes of health,on the one hand can make the hospital logistics management more efficient and powerful,on the other hand for the hospital to help improve their competitiveness,may be a reference for the similar institutes also to be. |
