After the reform and opening up,China's medical system has undergone earth-shaking changes and gradually entered the market.The government has begun to significantly reduce its investment in public hospitals.Public hospitals have actually become economies that must rely on their own operations to survive and be self-financing.Public hospitals not only have to face the pressure of other public hospitals at the same level,but also face the competition of new private hospitals every year.The situation of public hospitals is getting more and more tense.At this stage,public hospitals in China have been continually exploring the management methods suitable for their own development.Through the continuous learning and reference of the enterprise management model,the special attributes of the hospital itself have been integrated,and the refined development route and performance management have been implemented.This paper evaluates the performance management of FE hospital administrative logistics personnel by using the separate method of balance meter,aiming to optimize the performance management system of FE hospital and improve its performance evaluation mechanism.The article first expounds the relevant theories of performance evaluation,and then through the relevant analysis of Hengyang FE Hospital,it initially finds out the related problems in the performance management of its administrative logistics personnel,and analyzes the experience of successful performance management by consulting relevant literatures at home and abroad.And their commonality,using the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard,and screening and designing the performance evaluation indicators and weights of the FE hospital's administrative logistics personnel to help FE hospitals build their complete performance evaluation system,At the same time,it also provides some reference for the implementation of FE hospital performance management.
